Great location downtown and a good variety of vehicles to choose from. It’s unfortunate that their customer service is so abysmal. I booked my rental online with the drop off location different than my pick up location. When I arrived to pick up my rental they had changed the location for the drop off as the same as the pick up and then wanted to charge an additional $50 to change the drop off location to what it originally was. They gave me a customer service number to call for help which was even worse. They said it would cost me $60 to change the location now with Conrad saying “prices fluctuate going up all the time”. I would highly suggest using either another location or even better another rental service all together.

I had a VERY bad experience here. The customer service is very poor and and their agents are extremely rude, awkward, and disrespectful. They do next to nothing to help. Try your best to go to another company/location.

So far my experience has been very bad and I havent even picked up the car yet. I call and no one answers and when they did pick up they left me on hold for 20 mins. Terrible!

Horrible. The guys arrive later than the store hours say and they leave before it closes. As at result, it’s not possible to leave the keys or pickup a vehicle during store hours. Avoid at all cost!

I rented from this location a dozen times. Best cars I ever got, excellent service.
