We had some issues with our furniture that we purchased last year and after sorting out the warranty protocols my wife and I decided to look for a new sectional and came to this store. After walking around for about 5 minutes, we were greeted by Nash who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He took the time to show us different pieces and in no way pressured us into anything. He was knowledgeable and very professional. We ended up finding the sectional we wanted and then decided to look at beds as well. All in, he spent about 3 hours with us and we joked and learnt about each other. He made our shopping experience one of the best we have ever had and anytime I go back to the Brick, I will specifically ask for him to assist me with my next purchase. Great job Nash and it was an absolute pleasure meeting you and have you help us!

We went in to see things in person after shopping online. Had a good idea of what we wanted. Mr. L. A. Fox then appeared, answered some questions, showed us some alternatives, told us about the tent sale (just wrapping up) and with a cheerful voice sold us a partial truck load of appliances. We are very happy with Fox. Especially liked it that he was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to look at things by ourselves yet was still available to answer questions.

High pressure sales tactics, dodgy business practices, questionable ethics. The salespeople work on commission so they will tell you ANYTHING to get the sale. My wife bought a "leather" couch from this store. Salesperson "guaranteed" it was all leather and very good for pets as it wouldn't scratch or tear. Pressured my wife for an immediate sale (he told that the sale price was only a limited time and she had to buy today--turns out not be the case). Also conned her into buying the extended warrant that would cover absolutely anything for an additional few hundred dollars. So three weeks in out house the imitation leather (supposed to be genuine) on sides started to scratch through normal wear and tear. The imitation leather was so flimsy (seems to be held together by spit) our half-pound kitten took to the sides and found she could easily tear it with her pathetic claws. Contacted the store -- Oh it turns out the warranty is worthless (just like the couch they sold us). Terrible products, sure, but dishonesty--SHAME! I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night.

We actually only went to the Deerfoot Meadows location to just look at a mattress for my son. Upon entering the store we were impressed with the overall selection of all furniture. We were greeted by Jonathan M. and we were impressed by his professionalism, demeanor and knowledge. Jonathan guided us to a number of options in mattresses explaining the pros and cons, but even more importantly he listened as my son described what he was looking for and even though it wasn't the most expensive option he helped find the perfect solution for him. We then told him we were also looking for furniture for our home, once again Jonathan listened carefully to what my wife wanted and guided us once again to the perfect sectional. We also found a recliner that hit all the right notesand a complete dining set. Jonathan also helped us find a desk and office chair, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The entire experience was truly one of the best experiences we've had. We have been looking for the right solution for over 2 years and found nothing but high pressure sales tactics, overbearing and less than knowledgeable salespeople who didn't see us as customers but rather as a potential payday. Today Jonathan was awesome and because he actually listened and cared enough about meeting our needs rather than some sales target he created a positive experience that hit all the right notes solving our wants and needs and generating a decent sale for The Brick. He also created such a good customer experience that we will definitely be back. Support staff were also excellent and the experience was pleasant and actually fun. Thank you and well done.

Stuart was exceptionally helpful. My boyfriend and I have had our eye on a sectional for quite some time now and he found us the same set but configured differently for less than what we were prepared to pay and way more seating. He gave us a wonderful deal and we were so happy. This is our first set of mutually purchased furniture and we are thrilled. Thank you!!!
