My name is Rajesh. I am new to this country. I was told that this was a good store from my family. My English was not that great but the lady really helped me. I want to tell everyone that this is a good store. Thank you again.

The staff are by far absolutely the most unprofessional bunch Ive ever dealt with. I bought a sectional couch from them and also ordered a custom ottoman, which is now a month late and has been paid in full. Not 1 time have I ever got a call back from them when they said they would, and believe me I've been more than patient during this entire circus act. Until last night. I felt it was time to say something. Turns out they messed up my order completely, resulting in my ottoman being very late. That's something to be understood that nobody is perfect, but what I wont tollerate tho is bad attitude due to shame and embarrassment. Its not my fault they cant just be honest instead of giving customers the run around. Im a business owner myself and anyone could see they have no idea what they're doing as a company. I have records of continuous and different dates I was told my ottoman would be ready for pick up, its still not even in production apparently. It's already LATE as it is. After all the patience I've given them, now Im the bad guy for finally speaking up. Ashlea furniture is brutally unprofessional in my opinion. Will never buy from them again.

Bad customer service representative, one you bought the future, no feedback on complaints afterwards.

Build to your Preference We recently bought a sectional from this Store. The mother and daughter in law team were great. We were a little bit confused to what we wanted. Both ladies were great to listen to our needs. Strongly recommend this Place.
