The Manager and his accomplices colleague Francesco who has a very friendly dishonest smile only to get what he wants from a customer , they are criminals and well trained expert liers both thieves ! You go to the shop ask them for a the mattress you are trying and before you know it you have signed and expect a completely different mattress then when you want to cancel or exchange they will then ask 20% discount out of the full price that they made sure they ordered for you without your knowledge, then they twist you around psychologically and call names the manager is abusive , they smile and are friendly to get what they want from you , they are not genuine , unless you find out what they have done to your order everything will be fine , if you find out a problem then you will be insulted and loose money as they are good in taking the 20% out of you .
They lie about everything you really need to be an expert buyer to get out of those cons without an hustle . I am happy to discuss more about my experiences with those people who are scammers rather than honest hard working people .
They are like those people holding maps around central London pretending to need your help and before you know it something yours has gone missing . Benson beds are well trained to trick you magically and steal from you . What a proud Job to have huh ? Steal from customers, it’s seems like they know what they have done wrong to people and need to balance their crime which is why some people will give great reviews for a change as they can’t con everyone as they need to keep it going and have alibis!
Read reviews and be prepared when going to places like this , they are really striving and have hanger to take some pennies from you at any cost . They even recommend you to go get legal aid help , because they can’t be bothered in answering questions of your stolen money from them . Thieves that all I can call them . I have recorded some nasty responses from the manager he is extremely abusive no moral ! I would make a book having to explain this scammers behaviour!
Plus he Manager has told me that he cancelled my order but he won’t give me a proof of cancellation . How do I know if he really cancelled my order ?? When I called him he said he cancelled my order and cancelled the finance agreement that they fiddled it god knows who then signed to accept the agreement to take it out , they had my details and they know what they done to it , which I reported to the fraud support line to be investigated , however because he knows I won’t give up taking actions he then yesterday 22/12/18 told me that he will re-instate the order and charge me 20% since he only took my full deposit of £290 he would then take more , they are scammers , I told him that I was recording out conversation and all he was saying he well recorded and saved in many different files , as well as his abusive verbs toward me . He surely can’t con his voice !
