I've tried this dry cleaner a couple times when my regular was closed, and am continually reminded of why I stay away. I took five pairs of pants in the other day, three of which needed stitching repair to the pockets. I stood there with the woman and pointed out the tears; she said she would fix them and look for tears on the other two pairs as well. She typed this all out on the receipt too. I picked them up 5 days later, and when I went to put the pants on not a single pair had been (or attempted to be) repaired. I also brought shirts in for laundry. I pointed out a stain on a shirt, and watched her throw it in a pile with the other shirts unmarked. The shirt came back with the same stain in it. The rest were poorly ironed with the collars looking like sh**.

Service and price are ok. Had a really bad experience with them - got 3 dress shirts back with tears or damaged buttons and they kept blaming me (I was told it is my fault and I paid the full price) instead of helping me fix it or providing a better customer support. 3 dress shirts (one is brand new) with tears and damaged buttons is ridiculous and bs. Please make sure to double check your shirts before and after in case same experience happened to you. I would prefer other dry cleaner with better customer service.

I asked to have my jeans fixed as there was a hoke in it. They put a big rough patch of material that is awful on the skin. I could have done a better job myself
