GM Motors does not support their customers - They only believe what a dealership tells them but they say that they care about every customer ! I recently had a vehicle engine die on me as a result of poor workmanship and mis diagnosis and the dealership called Edmonton motors nor GM want to take ownership and responsibility for their poor work & service. I opened a case that went to the executive review committee and a person by the name of Holly was my case worker. She was to call me back with an update but then weeks later, I only receive an email telling me that there is nothing they can do. She says that she care about customers so why did she not call me? She only emailed me ! She is hiding behind her desk in a way similar to Harrison Wolfe, the VP at Edmonton motors., He knows his dealership ruined my vehicle but he refuses to meet with me telling me there is nothing they can do ! Don't purchase from GM and definitely dont purchase or deal with Edmonton motors on Jasper Ave. dean Romano, the service manager is terrible. he tells you that he wont waste his time checking on faults. Holly and GM obviously support dealership behavior like this. Holly commented that she cannot comment on the meeting that dean and I had because she was not there. She tells me that I must of misunderstood Dean ! Absolutely no misunderstanding - Dean meant what he said ! He said it word for word ! It is quite obvious that the executive office at GM supports terrible customer service. Holly at the executive office was even supposed to look into me being double charged for towing that was organized through GM Roadside assistance but she still has done nothing about it ! 2 weeks ago, she was asked to follow up and then when she does follow up she asks me the same questions that i communicated to her before and then now 3 days later, she still has not resolution. GM is all about telling you that they care but their actions display far from care - they display "they don't care" ! Please, if you get anyone name Holly Hillis on the line at GM, just hang up - she does not help ! In addition, when I went to inform the public about the terrible service at Edmonton motors, their marketing and web manager claudius blocked me from posting. this was even done after he asked me what a reasonable solution would be to my issue. He obviously does not care ! I did explain this to the executive office at GM but they don't care. They did nothing about it ! Bottom line to the story is that GM executive review office is terrible and do nothing for you other then blame any previous owner for the fault of what Edmonton motors did and tell you that there is nothing they can do ! This is even if they say one of their factors they look at is the servicing history on your car. I kept up with all my servicing but now they twist that statement and say, well we don't know what the previous owner did ! How pathetic ! I even emailed asking for contact information on GM's public relations office and 4 days later, no reply even when asking for a contact # ! Terrible, Terrible service by the executive office and Holly !
