Bought a used car from here a year ago, and I've been hugely satisfied with it. Ryan was a great salesperson who never pressured me in the process, and the whole team really stands behind the reliability of every car on their lot

We bought our 2013 VW Tiguan from Ryan and it has been a truly wonderful experience. Not only has Ryan kept his word on every single promise but honestly, he went above and beyond. I want to personally thank you and your family for making a stressful task of buying a used car fun AND easy for us! We have been driving the Tiguan for about 2 months now and it has been nothing short of amazing. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Have recommended Frank to many friends in the past and always will.

I bought my first car from Frank Gies Auto in 2014 as a new graduate with a new job in which I needed a vehicle quickly. I can still say now that I had the best car buying experience I've ever heard of here. To take the time to properly explain all the amazing ways in which the staff at Frank Gies make buying and owning a car relatively stress-free would take a novel, but I can say that I highly recommend checking in with Frank and his team should you be in the market for a used vehicle of any sort. Highlights: -Trustworthy, personable, and friendly staff -Attention to personal preferences -Attention to timelines -Affordable vehicle maintenance -A family environment where people come to know who you are -Quality service -Care for individual needs -Will take the time to find the vehicle that is right for you so that you are completely satisfied with the product As a young woman who knew nothing about buying or owning a vehicle prior to 2014, I never once felt like I was being overlooked or that I was not being heard in any way. I had full control over my experience, and felt like the staff respected and accommodated me both during the purchasing process and years after (even for a period of time where I was no longer living in Waterloo Region). If you're looking to purchase a new-to-you vehicle without having to worry about who you're dealing with, look no further. I will always highly recommend Frank Gies Auto.

I bought a car from another place. After registering it I was unable to fix license plates on my vehicle. This was the closest place to Waterloo service Ontario, and that’s how I discovered Frank Geis. Their staff is so friendly and caring. They provide great service. I am definitely going to Frank again for my car’s oil change and engine service. I am going to be their regular customer for sure. That’s sad I didn’t know about this dealership before, else I would have definitely bought the car from here. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏼‼️
