I had great service at Parkway Ford! They made the process of getting a new vehicle easy. I highly recommend Alan as a salesman. He was very kind, knowledgeable, explained everything well. They were even kind enough to drive me to work on a day when I didn’t have a ride. Thanks! I’m very happy with my new car!

It's hard to give an accurate review when you have so many experiences at one dealership. Our purchase of the vehicle was great and on the whole, I've had good experiences in the shop etc. Despite my last name being Ford thinking there may be some relationship in the distant ancestor tree; I do enjoy their vehicles and they have been reliable. I am writing this review today because most recently my experience dealing with the service department has been a lot more positive with the new attendant Bailey. She has been thorough and kept me up to date on the progress of my service. She has been friendly and really done her best to give me a great Ford experience. To Bailey I give a 5 out of 5. On my experience at Parkway, I give a 4 out of 5 which is still a great score!

Dealt with Lincoln /Ford service team for 2 years while I owned a Lincoln MKX 2016 .They were always very helpful ,professional and efficient. Returned MKX 2016 and went to collect my stored winter tires.Drove in service area with my BMW X5 and experienced same great service . Service agent brought bags for all of my tires and himself loaded them in my car .He was so pleasant and courteous and congratulated me on my new car. What a great team they are ,I would surely miss them.

I went into Parkway Ford when I was in town visiting my Mom. I had an unexpected mechanical problem and needed to get my car looked at quickly so I could get on the highway in time to get work. Bailey Binns looked after me and she was fantastic! She got my car looked at (and fixed!) super fast!! Excellent customer service and made an extra effort to help get me on the road as soon as possible. Bailey was both friendly and professional. Parkway Ford had a welcoming vibe and get waiting are with a nice selection of refreshments as added bonus. If I lived in the area this would be my Ford dealership of choice. Thank you for a great experience!!
