Very good.I have been going here for several years and it is a very good shop with great customer care. I highly recommend going here!

I purchased a vehicle from Cains recently. On the test drive I noticed that there was a noise coming from the front end, experience told me that one of the wheel bearings was the cause. We liked the van and decided to make an offer. We settled on the price and I gave the sales person a small list of items that needed to be taken care of. Wheel bearing. Tire pressure light. And a couple of other items. I was assured that everything would be looked after. We went to pick up the vehicle a few days later. When I asked about the wheel bearing, I was told that the noise was actually the tires. Knowing that if tires are not rotated regularly, they will sometimes cause excessive noise. I took them for their word. I SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN THE VAN AGAIN BEFORE GIVING THEM THE CHEQUE. I handed over the cheque and off we went with our van. A couple of days later I called the tillsonburg lot and mentioned the bearing again and also the tire pressure light was still on. It was suggested that I speak with JASON CRONHEIMER the service manager. I called him and voiced my concern. He told me that they felt the wheel bearings were fine and when they put the VAN on the hoist, there was no noise. I told him that I wanted to let another shop have a look and give me their opinion. He did not seem too pleased but said I was welcome to do so. I HAD A REPUTABLE SHOP LOOK AT OUR VAN AND CONFIRM THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT WHEEL BEARING WAS CAUSING THE NOISE. I took the van back. I requested the old bearing as I wanted to see for myself just how bad it was. The bearing was replaced. THE EXCESSIVE NOISE IS GONE. The old bearing was not given to me as requested. THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT IS STILL ON. I spoke with JASON CRONHEIMER. He told me he drove the VAN before and after and didn't notice a difference in the noise. TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT FIX THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT BECAUSE I DECLINED A WARRANTY ON THE USED VAN AND THAT I WAS DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE I WAS DEMANDING THEY FIX THESE ITEMS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CAINS. JASON CRONHEIMER DID NOT TAKE CARE OF MY CONCERNS AND HE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. IF YOU DO PURCHASE FROM CAINS, HAVE A REPUTABLE SHOP LOOK AT THE CAR BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
