Great people that work there. Would highly recommend this place.....have had our new Eclipse since Friday evening and have been all over with it...Love Love this vehicle...it is awesome...we shopped around before making this purchase and have to say that Tim was not pushy when we met..something we felt at another dealership...he was so helpful and answered all our questions ...Jacob was also a great person to deal with...Cambridge Mitsubishi should be very proud of their staff...keep up the good work...

I came in to get my oil changed and winter tires installed and the service was phenomenal!! I spoke to Rachel about my vehicle and she was very informational and so polite, I had a couple of concerns about my vehicle and Reid was able to answer all of my questions very professionally. This dealership has an amazing group of service workers!!! Thank you Rachel and Reid! see you in the spring

Finally a service department that you can trust. It takes me more than an hour to get here from home but its worth the drive. I've been here a few times now and they never push me for service that is not needed and have gone above to help me solve a mysterious noise under the hood...rocks stuck rolling around in the hood of my car. lol

Team here is great! They got my car ready for me in 2 days, and maintenance stayed late until I could get there to me out! Great people and great service! 10/10

I wish I could give zero star. Booked 5 different appointments over a 3 month span for a recall. Every time I went in they would say they didn’t have the parts yet. 3 months of waiting for parts. The last time I had enough and spoke with the manager and he was to busy wanting to talk to me about how long it takes for him to get parts for his skyline and how the Canada post strike is to blame when my complaint to him was simple if they didn’t have the parts why not call and tell me so I don’t waste my time driving in just to turn around and go home. Also called Brampton Mitsubishi the very next day and had the recall done 2 days later. Go figure they can get the parts ASAP but Cambridge can’t lol Very disappointed Will never go there again. They could tell me it was free and I still wouldn’t go. I hate complaining about how people work hence the reason I waited till the 5 appointment but this was bad.
