My fiance purchased her first brand new car from Cambridge Hyundai. Izzy went out of his way to make sure she got the best deal possible . Took his time to ensure she fully understood every single last feature in her new Tucson. Charles was also fantastic to deal with. Both Izzy and Charles are excellent at what they do. The staff at Cambridge Hyundai made her first new car experience a ton of fun and something to remember. Look forward to dealing with Cambridge Hyundai throughout the ownership of this vehicle. Highly recommend.

At Cambridge Hyundai we dealt with Andy for sales, Charles in finance and George when picked up my Santa Fe Sport. These 3 GENTLEMEN Were very professional and enjoyable to work with. We would recommend Cambridge Hyundai to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. To these 3 gentlemen we would like to say a great big THANK YOU. Jim & Cheryl

We had scheduled our newly purchased Hyundai to have leather upholstery touches to the car. Later when we went to pick it up, I saw there were 100kms on the car I KNOW I didn't drive. I quickly and hastily asked for an explanation. The salesman Gerry was quick to deny everything and state I couldn't prove it as well. Don't go driving customer cars speeding, doing parts runs, or letting potential customers test drive it. Be more honest 👌 To all customers that bring your car to Cambridge Hyundai. Demand service to do a thorough CHECK-IN of your car and log the kilometers at the time of drop off!.

Took my car to get a standard oil change, and needed them to take a look at my indicator. I told them at the time of making the appointment, AND when I checked in that I had replaced the bulb 3 times within the year. This should be a red flag to any mechanic, because lights don't need to be replaced that quickly. The service rep told me she'd have her tech look at it, and did mention that a diagnostic test would be additional. I had no issues with paying for it because I needed the problem fixed. She came back, advising that the tech found both front lights needed to be replaced, and that would resolve my issues. I trusted them, and gave them the go ahead. I was at the dealership for over an hour and a half until I got my car back. I checked the blinker when I got in my car, and the issue was still prominent. Because they were closing, I decided to give them a call a couple of days later, and in hindsight this was the wrong move. It took the service rep 5 days to get back to me, and this was after I followed up in between, because I hadn't heard back from her. One star because the oil change was successful. The epitome of a dealership experience, when you know they're only there to churn you out, and make money off of you. I've built a career in customer service and sales for the past 10+ years, and this is not how I'd treat my customers. I guess they don't care about customer retention. Learnt my lesson, so if I could give you any advice, I suggest you take your car elsewhere!

Great place. Welcoming people. Mr. Kyle was helpful and spent a lot of time, explained the differences in the models, and answered a ton load of my questions. Mr. Charles helped me explain how the loan process would work. Helped me secure a loan which was my biggest concern of all. Got a great deal on an even greater vehicle. Liked the extended warranty option of 8 years and the Premium Plus plan. They believe in building a relationship rather than a one time sale, which to me is the best quality in sales and customer relations. Thank you all. You're the best team. 😬✌🏻
