Owasco VW is a Sales centric dealership - the service department is staffed with a group of self-entitled customer service reps who report into a manager that likens himself to the "king of the castle". They blame sales every chance they get and blame the dealerships "lack of focus on service" as an excuse as to why not get your car serviced in a timely manor. You need to phone multiple times and leave multiple messages just to get an appointment (Appointment chap is clueless) and then once you finally get an appointment you're left to the rest of clowns in the circus they call a Service Department. All I ever need is an Oil Change and Maintenance Checkup - they fail each and every time! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get your car serviced.

We told the sales person that we were looking and not buying and he rushed through like 4 trailers. Not very good first time experience.

There is no better place to buy a car! Owasco Volkswagen has a great team of knowledgeable and friendly Product Specialists who will put you into exactly what you want. I highly recommend buying from here.

They are great people there but a little bit too expensive for my pocket

The woman at the parts counter knows nothing about what she is selling. She didn't know that the Rotella oil brand existed and she wasn't able to tell me if I would require a crush washer for my oil change. She then could not find anyone who could give me such information. Horrible experience, knowledge-less staff and I still spent an arm and a leg to do an oil change. Will not return. Will not recommend.
