I am new to the Adex EIFS system. First off, the front end staff went out of their way to help me understand the system and were very patient with my questions. As well, they were very friendly and welcoming. Where the rubber really hit the road for me was with the yard staff. Ben works the yard but also has been an EIFS installer for years. At each step of the install, Ben has guided me and provided me with really good tips that you just don't get from the technical specs. As well, he clearly cares, which frankly is unusual for many employees that are working yards (Ben really wanted to see pictures of the project so that he could make suggestions). I enjoy my visits to ADSS as I know I'll learn something new. Keep up the good work! Chris
