We took our time to shop around and Kitchen Kraft has exceeded our expectations right from the start. Their product, service, and cost was the best. We worked with their designer Cathy who was patient, helpful, and professional. She designed a kitchen that's not just beautiful but also functional. Their installer Jay was very professional as well and did a great job putting cabinets together as well as doing custom work onsite. The whole process was organized and stress free. Could not be happier with our new kitchen!

WE RECENTLY COMPLETED OUR KITCHEN MAKEOVER AND USED ELITE.THEY WERE FANTASTIC , THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT,SO WAS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. HOWEVER WHAT MADE THE EXPERIENCE FIRST CLASS WAS THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HOW THEY RESPONDED TO QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. THEY ALWAYS GOT BACK TO YOU QUICKLY AND SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY COULD CAUSE ANY REAL CONCERNS. WE WOULD USE THEM ANYTIME AS THEY ARE JUST FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. ALL SUBTRADES THAT THEY SUGGESTED TURNED OUT TO BE EXCELLENT SO THIS PROJECT WAS VERY EASY FOR US FROM START TO FINISH.

Steve has a wealth of experience to draw from. If you give him your parameters and let him run with it you will get good value at CCW .Thea also was very helpful as she and Steve are a great tandem through the whole process.

Whilst we found the staff helpful and informative, we also found the quality of the cabinets poor. We bought cash and carry and although the units were very carefully handled the edge of the tall cabinet is wearing already and we haven't even started to use them yet! Would not recommend for the quality - IKEA has better quality!

I went to their office for some cabinet door accessories. One gentleman came forward , looked at what I needed, very knowledgeable look, suggested that can not be found anywhere unless I change the whole thing. Then he asked me to wait. After about 10 minutes he came back with a part similar to what I needed and he gave it to me for no charge. So this gentleman went beyond the excellent customer service to helping a human. This shows why they have such a huge and amazing factory and show room.

After going to many other places Euro-Rite was the best in service. They have the best value for a good product. Jennifer our designer was really helpful kind and knowledgeable. She explained in detail the process of getting new cabinets, the difference between door styles, cabinet construction and countertops. I recommend her to any home owner that wants the best design and advice for their renovation.

I would like to say off the bat Prime Kitchen Cabinets is a great company to deal with. We had a full kitchen install, bathroom vanity and two custom closets and we couldn't be happier. There were some hiccups like any large project and Victor stood by his word made everything right and we are beyond happy.
