Full Kitchen Design and reno, Beautiful job! I am completely thrilled with the final results. This was our first reno and Jared and his team were there for us 100% down to the smallest of details!! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Never ordered cabinets but have worked here and for a family owned company I was less than impressed. The job was nice and I enjoyed working there (for the most part) but when a family emergency of losing 2 family members within a week and becoming a high risk pregnant I asked to leave and come back after all was taken care of and have e-mailed proof (THANKFULLY!) that I was granted to re apply after all was better. Well after all was better and I was able to come back to work I e-mailed HR and was denied. I asked why and they said I left my team hanging. (Sorry to leave my team hanging when I lost 2 family members to cancer within a week) I e-mailed back saying I left on terms that I could return and she sent me the e-mail of me telling them I had to leave. I responded back with the e-mail stating from THEM that I was MORE than welcome to apply again down the road and them too proud to admit they were wrong they just never responded to my emails or calls again. Very disappointing and unprofessional from Any company. It's too bad because the entire time I was there I was praised for learning so quickly and doing so great. Just beware for this company doesnt stick to their word

This is my experience mid December stopped in the show room to get contact to quote on our bar design she took all info and someone would call. 2 weeks went by so I called and they apologized. So I give benefit of doubt. She comes by to measure and quote. I get email of partial quote January 12th also stating will have complete info with in the week. I go away for a week come home to check email...nothing. I called her on January 29th to follow up with my quote and have never heard a thing back from them by phone or email and today's date is February 5th. I am talking about a great size bar to quote on. I would not recommend this company the customer service is not there.

In August 2016, we had Gino and Theresa design a new kitchen for us only 3 weeks after we had moved into our house. Because we had spent 5 years designing the kitchen in our recently sold home, we knew what we wanted but Gino added a few incredible tweaks that worked out amazingly. The job was completed while we were away for 26 days. So... in February this year, we asked if Kitchen Concepts could build us an entertainment centre in our adjoining family room to match our amazing kitchen and this was completed last month with again Gino adding a few more great ideas. it was completed in 2 weeks and we are absolutely thrilled.
