I would recommend Delmar to anyone who asks. We first met Jim, the owner of Delmar. He showed us around his shop, walked us through the process and what's offered. His enthusiasm was addictive and right away made us feel comfortable and trusting. Jesse, the project manager than called, emailed and followed up every step of the way. We had a relatively small project for them, but we were treated like a half million dollar client. When it came time for installation, unsurprisingly, David was just as personable. But he also did some fantastic work. The custom wall unit we designed, with Jesse's help, and ordered was installed perfectly. It was the attention to detail that really set them apart. If you want to work with great people that do great work, Delmar it is. We can't be more happy with the outcome.

I'm here to share my own horrible story. We hired this guy to make cabinetry for my newly opened business store. He made promised to meet our timeline, even signed a contact with a delivery day. After the due day, he gave us many many fake delivery dates (he mostly not show up with the cabinets). He gave excuses for his last minute cancellation or simply did not show up, saying he forgot, family surprise away, back pain..... I never received those items from those dates he gave me. We only got very small percentage of work done, and he kept my deposit money. After a long period of delay, my new business has been suffered from operate without furniture. I had to terminate the contract and find our own way. I finally got a judge's ruling against him in court and I'm in the process of getting my money back. My warning: do not let this happen to you.

I ordered three bathroom vanities and was helped by Erica and Miho. They were great and when there are issues, the communicate the issues and provide excellent solutions.

I came here today to ask them about Poggenpohl cabinet options in a new Concord pre-sale condo I purchased. The guy I spoke with had a cheap suit and slicked back hair, clearly looking mad that his job was selling kitchen cabinets. When he found out I wasn't buying anything he walked away and ignored me. The cabinets are nice but you'll get better service at Ikea. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stay away from them I brought my whole house kitchen and washroom cabinets from them a few years ago and was not satisfy at all. Their installers used framing staples instead of finishing type, and them they drilled multiple holes to install the handles and used stickers to cover the wrong holes. Some of the cabinets doors are obviously different colour but they refused to replace and claimed there was nothing they can do. The soft closing hinges add on break easily and I had to use construction glue to glue them back. They also ask for payment as if you you are already in default.

Do not ever try to go with this company. They charge unreasonable price!!!! I am planning to build a drink station (upper cabinet + lower cabinet) on a small wall, and I sent brief draft to them. They charge $5000+ tax without asking you any details and want you to pay 50% deposit to discuss further.. Ridiculous... Go with them unless you are damn wealthy and you does not mind paying double price comparing to other cabinet maker

We had cabinetry oine for our bedroom last summer. Very pleased. Now planning a combined study, pantry, and hall extension. We have great confidence in this locally based company.
