Rushed, rude and arrogant. Work might be good but attitude sucks.

According to the words spoken by the service manager at Raywal, "There's a thousand moving parts in a kitchen and in 20 years I've never seen one go in perfectly." That is a HUGE statement to make about the company you work for and it means that I can express my disappointment about Raywal's service very sincerely. Our front line designer and salesperson was a joy to work with but I think the truth about Raywal is that you will have to wait and see. The problems encountered with our kitchen were identified during the inspection. The inspector IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. The service manager then tried to tell us that he spoke "out of turn"! That's because Raywal didn't want to hear that they made mistakes. It has been a month of waiting for service (we don't mind waiting for the faulty cabinet and shelf to be re-made at the factory...that's reasonable) but the actual installation problem means that our countertop cannot go in as scheduled. So, we'll have to re-schedule our countertop AGAIN! That means that Raywal will have inconvenienced us for over 2 months! Raywal's service manager says that the problem is with our window! The designer measured everything! She measured the window! She measured the wall! And she ensured us that the design works. After installation, the cabinet on the right side of the sink projects 18" from the wall, and the cabinet on the left projects 16" from the wall! It does not take a specialist to determine that this is a problem. Getting it corrected has been a nightmare. I cannot in good conscience recommend Raywal to anyone. Beautiful cabinets. Very weak customer service and follow-up.

I'm writing this review from our incredible new kitchen island. Owner Peter deBoer visited our home 3 times: first for a general overview, then to get exact measurements, and finally to make sure everything looked and worked just right. Jody did an amazing job with the design, balancing fit and function perfectly, and then helping us pick our hardware and finishes. And dave did a careful and exacting job on the installation. And one of the best things: it was delivered on time and on budget. Thanks, deBoers!

Ken and team designed and installed our new kitchen and we are thrilled with the results! From Ken's redesign of our space to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, we couldn't be happier. Ken knows kitchens - what works and what doesn't, and his work is beautiful. We are SO glad that we spent a little extra and went with Ritchie's instead of using IKEA. It was completely worth it! Our old, ugly, tiny, townhouse kitchen has been transformed into a spacious, functional kitchen that looks like something out of a magazine. Highly, highly recommend!!

Great to deal with

I have been wanting to update our kitchen and bathrooms for years and have gone to many kitchen/bath places with not much luck. On a whim, I stopped in at Artisan’s. I met with an incredibly talented designer, Jennifer Hutton, who made everything so easy. She planned out an incredibly beautiful design for our kitchen and bathrooms and helped me pick out all the very best products. She also recommended the contractor we used, Knabuilders, who have all been amazing! During the job, she stopped in many times to see how everything was going and was always there to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We are so very happy with everything and very grateful to Jennifer, Dave Knab and his excellent team of guys! They all did a fabulous job! We couldn’t have picked a better team! Thank you Jennifer, Dave, Jaime, and all the guys for everything!

We had major concerns finding a reliable and trustworthy company to do our kitchen. We knew it would be a major kitchen reno, this was going to be the kitchen of my dreams. From when Dan walked into our home, he could see my dream. We knew Kitchens Inc. was what we were looking for. They removed our dining room wall to open up our kitchen which looks fabulous! We also had several different items installed in our kitchen one being an appliance lift in the counter and the other was a Magic Corner that swivels and pulls out – I will never go back to the old way! The result was nothing less than amazing! Dan and Debbie definitely delivered far beyond our expectations. Excellent work by Keith on the install. Dan was always available to discuss issues or changes, and came to us. Debbie always kept everything on schedule and in continuous contact with the trades. All the trades were very professional and respected our home. We very much enjoyed working with Dan and Debbie. Extremely professional, you were made to feel more than just a client. The quality of the work was second to none. I wouldn't deal with anyone else. We would highly recommend Kitchens Inc.!

I have worked with Leggo Kitchens on many kitchens and the one thing that the customers says when we are done is, WOW I love my kitchen. Stop by and see there showroom lots of selection great people.
