Cabinetry

BEWARE when designing your dream kitchen you want everything to be prefect. Then looking for a respectable company can be touch and go.I went with Timberwood Kitchen Cabinets----Port Colborne. I drew out my own plans what i wanted to have. At the beginning of this project everything was good----built and installed in 2 months. But talking to the owner Tim i asked him to give me more ideas and if there were any discrepancies in my prints lets talk to fix them.Well it turn out that when receiving my fridge from the store the door wouldn't function properly beside my oven which was in the corner on a 45 degree same with oven doors. This should of be seen by owner where's the professionalism? Talking to him at the shop he agreed with me cutting a 3" strip of wood on site.This will do the trick so doors won't collide together.Well 4 months later ---they built this huge piece of cabinetry Approx.$1000 which was not in the agreement.So i had to pay for it.BEWARE folks could cost you $$$$$$$$$

Amazing craftsmen installed. Amazing customer service. Denise, the designer, was so good and had super helpful ideas throughout. Would highly recommend for any home.

I purchased a vanity and top. It has been a nightmare. First the top was the wrong color. Had to wait 2 weeks for the correct one and IT IS SHORT. It looks terrible. No other place I looked at had the top short like this. The base also was damaged on one corner, but I let that go since I hid it with my trash can. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE OLD FASHION AND DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE PLACE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS.

I choose Norcab to do my Kitchen RENO and I can’t express how happy I am. The quality of the product is outstanding and the Norcab team were friendly knowledgeable and exceeded all my expectations!! The job was done on-time and I can’t think of one thing that went wrong from start to finish. Rock Solid Supply is great! When I went in I was promptly greeted and helped. They took the time to go through the available options including vanity and counter. When I picked up the vanity I was very happy with the quality. My contractor was also very impressed. I ended up getting 3 more vanities from them and have been very happy with both the excellent service and great quality product.

My mother had this company install new Cabinets approx 4 years ago. Shortly after the installation the finish on her cupboards begin to peel. She called the company and they came and fixed the peeling of the finish. They said if it was to happen again and they would correct this issue again. My mother has tried a few times to get in touch with them and it took them a long time to get back to her. They left her a message saying there was nothing they could do for her. Now what is she supposed to do?
