Cabinetry

Very professional business to deal with from start to finish. They made the design process easy to understand and when it came time to install everything it all went as planned. We are so happy with our new kitchen.

Recently Twin Oaks refaced my 25 year old cheap builders beige project cabinets with gorgeous white shaker style doors with a v groove insert. They also installed new countertops in my kitchen and ensuite bath. The improvement is nothing short of a miracle. The cost was reasonable, the work was finished in a timely manner and the little finishing touches were completed meticulously. I think my place is looking like a million bucks these days. I highly recommend Twin Oaks, a local family owned business who treated me like I did own a million dollar home instead of a senior’s patio home. I highly recommend the wonderful team at Twin Oaks Caninets.

Thank you Ryan (Owner) and team (Charlie & staff) for a fantastic kitchen, bathrooms and the best bar set up ever. I felt the price was fair and the fact that everything was custom built with the 2 inch rich gables made it look so clean. You were on time and had lots of patience when we made a last minute change. I highly recommend this company and the honest and hard working and caring people that were in my home. Respectfully Yours, Shawn and my hot wife Krista.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful...and they have lots of examples....I highly recommend them

They really turned my quote around in great time and appreciated their service. Plus, their cabinets are gorgeous.

Everybody was making 15 an hour or more. But not everyone was doing the same amount of work in the time frame witch would have us caught up and in less of a rush.

Never ordered cabinets but have worked here and for a family owned company I was less than impressed. The job was nice and I enjoyed working there (for the most part) but when a family emergency of losing 2 family members within a week and becoming a high risk pregnant I asked to leave and come back after all was taken care of and have e-mailed proof (THANKFULLY!) that I was granted to re apply after all was better. Well after all was better and I was able to come back to work I e-mailed HR and was denied. I asked why and they said I left my team hanging. (Sorry to leave my team hanging when I lost 2 family members to cancer within a week) I e-mailed back saying I left on terms that I could return and she sent me the e-mail of me telling them I had to leave. I responded back with the e-mail stating from THEM that I was MORE than welcome to apply again down the road and them too proud to admit they were wrong they just never responded to my emails or calls again. Very disappointing and unprofessional from Any company. It's too bad because the entire time I was there I was praised for learning so quickly and doing so great. Just beware for this company doesnt stick to their word

Very professional, Knowledgeable.

I have been dealing with Harbour City for the past 3 years, I highly recommend Phil as he's doing the most recent installs in a custom house I am building. Phil is highly skilled in his line of work, he is conscientious and driven by customer service. The quality of the cabinets and the timelines provided for delivery, install and job completion is best in the industry.

We went through a big renovation on our 105 year old house last summer. Even though I had a good idea of the style and "look" we wanted (French farmhouse), Jessica was so helpful and turned our vision into reality. She was very creative, patient and helped us achieve all the special details we wanted while keeping in our budget. She was always professional, yet fun to work with, and really worked hard to tweak the design to meet all of our needs and wants. I can honestly say, she was our favourite renovation professional, of many we worked with! Everyone who comes to our home tells us we have a REALLY beautiful kitchen. We couldn't agree...more! Thank you Jessica!

We recently purchased a townhouse in Sidney which needed a full "cosmetic" renovation. We saw Hook & Hook's office advertising "renovation and design" and walked in to see if they could help us with our project. We instantly 'clicked' with Andi and Larry and the 'rest is history' as the saying goes. They listened to our vision and created a design and plan to meet both our needs and budget. They also came up with ideas that we had not thought of that added special touches to each room. Andi and Larry were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the renovation. Larry's custom cabinetry is beautiful and he made sure each piece was installed to both his and our satisfaction. He takes pride in his workmanship and it shows in the finished product. We also found the trades people they selected to work on the project and Andi's assistant Lauren, to be very nice, accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with. We now have a beautiful new home that looks amazing! We would highly recommend Hook & Hook for any renovation or design project you may have (big or small).
