Bought a 2014 Jetta from here a few weeks ago. Very good car so far and the service was extremely friendly and non pushy. Sarah was so hospitable and inviting, offering coffee and Perrier water. They even delivered the car to my house the next day. Highly recommend this dealership.

I dealt with Carl. In the used car ad, it said that he and his partner treat people the way they want to be treated. Well, I guess they like to be treated with respect, honour and values. Friendly, personable fella, complete top drawer service out of a tiny shop. This is one of the tiny fraction of used car places that still believes in giving a fair deal. Might be that it's the only one in Ottawa.

Came in for a detailing, left with a lot of information about my car. Excellent detailing work and the way they were talking to me about what needed to be taken care of in terms of breaks, rotters, rust for my car was as if it was their own. They went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend trying them out.

I got a great deal on a sporty blue 2012 Mazda 3 in September (2018). Thank you to Maged for efficiency and professional service. The car was ready and Quebec certified before I expected! Body and interior in great condition and engine works like new. I've been using the car daily for about 6 weeks now and it drives beautifully. Like most Mazdas, the engine feels quite peppy and powerful for a car in this price range. My only issue: The car drives so smoothly at high speeds, it's easy to find yourself 50k over the limit without even noticing! So I must be attentive to avoid speeding tickets 😂 All that to say, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Maged at Star Auto Sales. He's honest, good natured, and easy to interact with.
