Bought a car there for an ok price. Had a couple of bad surprises but nothing major.

Amazing experience with this dealership. Mr Zaak explained everything about the car, answered all my questions and he helped me to test the car. I had a concern about the brakes system and he talked to his mechanic to take a look and fix the issue. Great service!! Honest, polite and professional staff. I won't forget it! I recommend this dealership 100%

Stéphane est un bon veudeur à une très bonne connaissance de ce qui vends à de très bon prix et n'est même pas inquiète de vous dire ce que les voiture on possiblement comme problème.

** Update ** ( After talking with a rep we sorta found a common ground we both disagreed and got into a semi heated discussion but we stayed calm and collected, he offered help in a form of bringing my car in with them so they could check it and do repair at cost whatever they may be which is of good help considering i got some minor element to take care of. We agreed that a 2008 Altima Coupe with 114k would have bugs and stuff to take care of but ive asked many time to be Key in hand and trouble free which wasnt the case. In all and all ill be fair by saying they will try to help the best they could but make sure to check the car and paperwork that would be my advice. ) Went down and bought a car there , to be fair i thought it was a good deal for the money ive paid the customer service was ''ok'' when they didnt double tag teamed you to sell more or bargain better until i got to the bill. The deal was '' X ''no more no less and ended up not discussing the + 1000 they added to the bill ... We had a mutual agreement on the deal and ended up buying the thing and now im 2 weeks in and realise that they over charged and that the serpentine belt inside the vehicule is giving up ... When call they say they will call back but they never did. I would give 1 star but i had one sells rep that was pretty cool with us so i guess thats the only good part out of that deal i had. My advice, read the contract and make sure the car has nothing that needs to be change in a near future, seek other advice to make sure you arent gonna be disapointed in the end because used car often have surprises in store for you.
