Absolutely the best experience at a dealer, ever. I have own3d a Mercedes, went to my local garage, the estimate at the dealer was 5-600 dollars more than my local guy and the local garage used the same parts. I called on Thursday, was told the parts had to be ordered, they'd be in on the following Monday for my Infiniti QX60, I called on Monday, was told they were in and was offered 2 appointment times in the morning or the afternoon they also told me they cold do a small reca order from Infinit at thw same time. They replaced the 2 fan, cooling and rad, did the software upgrade which was the recalL and washed my car in less than 2 hours and it cost me nothing extra. Thank you Oakville Infiniti you are a top notch dealer. I tell everybody about my QX60 an amazing vehicle but now I will include the dealer that sold it to me which was Skyway Fine Cars, (not an infiniti dealer) and Oakville Infiniti that took care of me... Made me proud to own an Infiniti. Im Infiniti for life now thanks to you guys!!

Excellent customer care. When a vehicle that I had hoped to purchase proved difficult to emission test, rather than let the deal fall through and send me home unhappy the staff worked to put me into a newer, better vehicle at almost the exact same cost by selling it to me at their dealer cost. Additionally when the new vehicle had a few niggling issues after the sale they were quick to have me bring it back in and repair all of the issues. Highly recommend.
