Reasonably priced fast service

So far so good

Good service

The most knowledgeable mechanics in town.

Looked for over a year for parts to fix my treadmill, as a last resort I dropped in to Provincial Auto Parts and Daryl was able to supply me the bearing needed to fix the treadmill. Just finished a 1 hour walk, works great.

Personnel courtois! 🙂 Bon service. 👍

Bonne mecanique

Bad service

Sent my wife to go look at 4 vans here. Gave her a budget, all goes well. We make an appointment to pick up the car we get we are needed we sit down to sign all the paperwork. We are shown the carfax showing no reported accidents just like the one she was shown we she agreed to take the van. Then they ask us to sign a paper that we are agreeing to purchase and accidented car. This was never revealed until this point. They say we told your wife she says no they didn’t, the sales manager gets called over to go over the situation and he says we told your wife I said you didn’t he said they did I asked if he was calling my wife a liar he says take your down payment back and leave making my wife feel like she was in the wrong. We leave and we call her sister who went with her to the dealer as I couldn’t go and we have a newborn so She went to make it easier on my wife, so we ask her if they had mentioned anything about an accident she says no the carfax said no reported accidents. Very shady take caution. Sales manager or sales director is a nut job and has no respect for clients. End of story we are now going to another dealer. Just an FYI we were looking at a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan

Thank you again, Joanne Léger
