Don't recommend this place. Bought a vehicle there less than a year ago now it is sitting in driveway. Was assured vehicle in top shape and Tim knew history of vehicle because it was his brother in laws, I believe. Was shown receipts were work that was allegedly done. Had to get work done within first months was told sorry warranty only covers powertrain. Terrible after service. Looking into to pursue legal avenues

Bought the new front brake rotors and pads from Napa, email asked the dealer if they would install customer supplied parts (also wanted to have winter tires changed), answered yes, appointment booked. Brought the vehicle in (brand new purchased from the dealer years ago) first thing yesterday morning 7:45 am, job finished today 3:00 pm. Paid $621.83 (tax included, my parts, front brake replacement and change tires, receipt photo attached below) and left. Some questions: 1. 2 hours labor to get the brake replace job done which is OK, but $150 (before tax) labor per hour? 2. I swear to god I never mentioned anything about "Wheel Alignment" during the whole process; I was never asked by anybody about the alignment; I never approved the alignment job. Then how come "customer approved wheel alignment" is showing on my bill? 3. Can someone explain me what that $44.99 (before tax) "CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER" means? 1 extra star of the review for the few services I had here during the past years (most not as bad as this one tbh, and the shuttle drivers Mr. Patrick and another young man they are both very nice). I had this dodge vehicle for years now, and was seriously considering the new Durango recently to replace it. Man, don't worry about it.

Not only did I have a great first time experience purchasing a truck with Camilla White at toyota plaza, but she went out of her way to ensure a scuff mark was corrected on my truck after a few days use. Staff is very friendly and extremely competent at their jobs.
