Excellent staff and knowledge about all makes of cars, Kia and otherwise. Widely regarded as the best place in the city to trade in a vehicle, they give highly attractive trade in values. Service department is great, and Kent Jackson has really improved the vehicle service experience. I bought a car there and definitely would again.

We took our Land Rover/Range Rover here for a complete detail of the inside on October 23rd. We dropped it off at 9am and picked it up just before they closed. When picking it up they went over a list of things they couldn't quite get clean, and "imperfections" of the vehicle. Weirdly... One of them was "bubbling tint on drivers side", which I had never noticed before, and figured it must have been so small that it was nothing to worry about. So my wife jumped in it, and I in our other vehicle and headed home (approx 40 mins away). She beat me there and was standing outside the Range Rover to show me this so called "bubbling" they had informed us of. It was a huge 4 inch by 7 inch section of the top drivers window Something you couldn't miss if you tried. Something I knew was not there when we dropped the vehicle off. So we went inside and checked out pictures we had taken of the vehicle in the past 2 weeks. As clear as can be there is no "bubbling" in any of them. So I called them the next morning to ask what happened with this, and the lady who answered told me that it was "definitely there when the vehicle pulled into their shop". I disagreed with her, told her I had proof it wasn't, and she just kept insisting I was wrong. I guess pictures are no longer evidence. I'll never take another vehicle here, and I would suggest to all others to follow suit. Pay the extra $20 and take it to a reliable place that does both a pre and post inspection with you. It's cost us way more $ for tint repairs.

Cheap good used car

Excellent mechanic shop! While travelling across provinces our vehicle broke down outside of Medicine Hat on the holiday Monday of the August long weekend. CAA had to tow our truck and camping trailer into town and they suggested Reddy Automotive. Owner Darrell just happened to be in the shop that day and he really took care of us. Darrell suggested a great hotel for us to spend the night in, loaned us the use a a car (not sure if he does that for everyone) and by 10am the next morning his team had us on the road again. I needed some help diagnosing my Dodge four wheel drive issue. The foreman, Andrew gave me the best service I've received in a very long time and being a farmer, I'm constantly dealing with parts and service people. Not only did Andrew provide me with a printed diagnostic procedure leaflet, but he also game me the shop demo part to borrow just to make sure I didn't spend $500 on a part I didn't need. My business currently has four dodge trucks and as long as Andrew is one of the leaders of their service team, I'll always be returning for parts and service. Thank you Andrew!
