It's run like a new car lot without the salesmen sharks. Efficient and great cars waiting to go. Several still under warranty. Great service. The girls even gave my son some fries and ketchup. Insurance guy came right over. It's in the old Volkswaggen building.

Today I brought my little family in to look at buying a Explorer, I was greatly greeted by Mr. Chris Penner, he offered me two options in used ( which is what I was after ) and awesomely was the charcoal grey I wanted, he and the manger were really interested in making a deal, they meet my needs and we made it happen in one visit, Heather Davison was awesome in the finances and crunched the number so we could take it home tonight Thanks so much to the crew at Magnuson Ford! Car I bought from them makes a rubbing sound when turning right I’ve been calling and calling and yet no response what so ever from them to fix this issue I might just go to the better business bureau and file a complaint

The wife and I had been looking for a certain type of Vehicle (Suv) and had visited 4 different (smaller) dealerships in the lower mainland. To our complete shock and dismay, every dealership we went to, we found evidence of them being shady. From photo shopped online pictures to the old “bait and switch” move to try and sell my wife and I something we didn’t want. After months of searching, we were ready to give up. We then switched our focus to another type of vehicle, a luxury SUV that was both our dream vehicle. This is when we came accross Nick and Car Avenue in Abbotsford. This was a different type of search buying a unique vehicle such as this, so we relied on online reviews, outside mechanics and inspections, and data research including full car fax/Icbc reports. We invested a few hundred dollars during this time on vehicles we didn’t end up buying. We looked at 3 other SUVs all that had very similiar kms, features, and in Ismailiar (Very good) overall condition. After all the investigations were completed, Nick and Car Avenue had provided us the best service, they were fully accommodating, and they created a perfect opportunity for us to make this purchase, and not to mention delivered right before Christmas so I was able to surprise the Wife. What Nick doesn’t maybe realize was that this was a child hood dream of mine, to own this Brand off Vehicle, and so it was so exciting to finally accomplish this goal. Nick made this experience absolutely perfect and the SUV is even better than I imagined. Nick was nothing but honest, polite, and a pleasure to negotiate with and I will be referring him to anyone that is looking for a pre-owned vehicle. The lot guy and finance gal were awesome too. Thank You NIck and Car Avenue! ! Ps. I dream all week of Saturdays, because that’s when I get to drive her 😎. Lol.
