What can I say! We love this place! We just bought a 2019 F350 Limited and we were so so impressed with the quality of service we recieved. These guys really do make you feel like family, and work very hard to make sure that they exceed your expectations, and that they do! We worked with Raff, Everett and Shawn and the service we recieved was impeccable. Never once did we feel pressured or confused, they took it as slow or as long as they needed to make sure we were completely comfortable and knowledgeable before making any decisions moving forward. Our family will deal with these guys for many years to come. Thanks for truly putting the family in Family Ford!!

Bought a "fully inspected" car with a 2 year warranty from John Kuhn at Winchelsea Motors. The car didn't run properly within weeks of purchase. After multiple brush offs from Winchelsea Motors, I took the car to another mechanic. Now I have had to pay for a new fuel pump assembly, new starter, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new timing chain, new VVT solenoid, and the car is still not running - it's sitting at the mechanic's, awaiting further repairs. Cost for repairs so far is over $*****. John Kuhn takes no responsibility for any of it. Updated - the car has been towed to the wrecker's.
