If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a reservation for a car rental for this weekend and I got a phone call saying they had no cars at all for 10 days. So they have ruined my plans for a getaway. Thanks for calling me the same day I was suppose to have a rental and not when I made the reservation.

This location is run very efficiently and has the lowest wait time of any of the Calgary car rental locations including the competitors. Maybe it is because I am there at similar times each occasion but I usually deal with Sanraj, he always gets through the lineup in a matter of minutes and closes the deal really fast. I don't even check other locations anymore, I just go there because it is so hassle free compared to the rest.

Friendly staff, they offered me a SUV in lieu of the compact car with the same price. This is excellent place to rent a car, but my experience at HERTZ of NE at 32 St was terrible. They charged me much higher than the quote. Hossein
