Un ejemplo de personas que ayudan incondicionalmente, que van la extra mile y piensan out the box. En Noviembre del 2015, llegue por primera vez a Estados Unidos para comenzar mi vida en este País. Cruce la frontera entre Montreal y Champlain. Llegue al aeropuerto de Plattsburgh que estaban remodelándolo, la única persona que encontré fue al representante de Herzt ( 8: 00 pm ET) . No habían vuelos hasta el día siguiente, y no podíamos quedarnos en el aeropuerto por estar en construcción, este representante, nos ayudó a buscar la mejor ruta, aerolínea, precio para llegar a Tampa. El ayudó a encontrar motel que aceptara solo cash ( vengo de un país donde no existen tarjetas de crédito) lo cual llevo muchas llamadas telefónicas, se ofreció a llevarnos en su auto hasta el motel, no nos cobró, y además llamó y garantizó un servicio de taxi para que nos llevara de regreso al aeropuerto para sacar nuestros pasajes cuando hubiera personal de las aerolíneas alli. Nunca anotamos su nombre, pero si aún trabaja para Hertz, y lee esta descripción, Sabra que le estamos muy agradecidos, que su compañía puede estar muy orgullosa de él, por garantizar un cliente fiel de por vida, que la ayuda como ser humano más allá de su trabajo, describe muy bien el desempeño de Hertz, más allá de rentar autos, es ayudar y complacer personas, las cuales sin lugar a dudas les estarán agradecidos. RECOMIENDO, a esta oficina, los clientes se sentirán apoyados, encontrarán sus problemas resueltos, y allí hay personas listas y complacientes. Muchas Gracias.

My husband and I rented a car at this agency on November 10th 2017. After we had PAID IN FULL $1,845.57 I asked the agent about making sure that we had a paper contract because we were going to be traveling to the USA and sometimes the rental agencies have you sign an ipad and send you a contract by email. I was informed that Discount car rental would not authorize travel to the USA and therefore I cancelled the car rental. I was then told by the agent that they could not reimburse me for the debit card transaction immediately but that they would mail me my refund in ten days. Since I had not received my reimbursement after 10 days I went back to Discount and was told that it could take up to another 10 days. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 7TH AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT!!!!! I have since been reimbursed by other businesses with my debit card so apparently Discount is not "qualified" enough for a simple manipulation with their credit card machine! NOT A TRUSTWORTHY AGENCY!!!
