Car Rental

I want to thank David and the rest of the staff for such a pleasant experience. Needed a car to rent on short notice and they were very accomodating. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the worst car rental company i have ever dealt with. I got in a car accident and the collision company referred Yelllow Car Rental and they took 3 hours to finally find a vehicle. When they came with it, it was filthy inside and out. They charged my insurance company then they took money off of my credit card without my authorization and telling me to get back the money from my insurance company. They are a SCAM. When you try to rectify the issue they will hang up and ignore you. THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Worst insurance ever. Don't get f'd like I did and use reputable company like uhaul whose insurances cover acts of God.

Very helpful, very well kept car, very convenient..... And best part open all weekend when nothing close to me was Well done!

Worst customer service ever staff has major attitude problem, this indian guy that did my transaction was upset first of all beause i told him i needed a bigger van which was parked in plain site, he then went inside and this other guy drive the one i wanted to front came out the van with an attitude asking what ? And i should know weather i needed a van or not ! He then strom inside like a ignorant fool They act like you're begging a favour, imagine u have to pay for that trashy service, wont go there again nor will i recommend to anyone this happened today Sept 30th 2018

I would give this place zero stars if I could, terrible customer service. I called to enquire about renting a car, I was asked what I needed and for how long and when I said it was only for one day all the sudden I was told there was nothing available other than a pick up truck (their most expensive rental). My father has tried to rent from here before too and was told that they don’t rent for single days on the weekend when they can rent it for the whole weekend. Terrible service, I’ll never rent from here and would never recommend anyone too!

Was in a jam as I needed car immediately they were able to help me out with good rates and even called the next day to follow up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a car.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Budget for my recent rental. When booking i specifically confirmed that I could drop off the vehicle and keys using the drop box same day after hours and would not be charged another day. This was not the case. I rushed to get the vehicle back within an hour of closing time only to be charged an extra day anyway. We were travelling to New York and had specifically requested a car to minimize our gas expenses but instead were given a small SUV which doubled my gas charges. When I called to discuss the extra day and the extra gas charge I was basically told too bad and i should be grateful for the extra space in the car. I feel that the manager I spoke to did not care about my concerns and was basically looking to profit an extra day. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will not be using them again.

Very friendly service, no hassle at all and easy extension. We will rent from here again!

Very helpful. Tried his best to accomodate my change of schedule

First of all they didn’t give the car on time , I have returned 2 days earlier , they didnt waived price for early return , lady at the counter says if return it will be charged accordingly , then later no we can’t waive the Price . Big rental scammers ,no courtesy with customers .

Very nice staff and services

Tony is the right guy to run this location very nice Man and very helpful Excellent job Tony

They provide an excellent service! ... the other reviewer on this site has never rented a uhaul truck. This is why he never even left a review! I have reported him to Google. He is simply being malicious and hateful about another issue entirely unrelated to this service.
