Cleaning

I took my sons graduation pants to be hemmed yesterday and I went back today to pick them up and they closed an hour early...my ticket says Thursday at 5pm and I'm standing outside right now and they're closed. This is devastating, highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I can't believe this is happening here. I've lived in this community for 30+ yrs and my family has supported this establishment for years. Who ever they handed the business down to or sold it too has disgraced the years of reputation of this cleaners.

Brought in a second-hand costume dress and received it back with all the stains still there. When they tried to brush this off as 'oh it's not a stain, it's discoloration' the lady at least had the common decency to look a bit startled when I could literally peel bits of the stain from the material. They took it to be cleaned again, but the result was much the same. Would not recommend

The worst dry cleaners I ever dealt with. They ruined my silk shirt and refused to take responsibility! Customer service are extremely rude and unprofessional.

They were very responsive to my inquiry and were able to accomodate my schedule. They cleaned 2 couches and 1 chair after 2.5 years of a baby/toddler and they looked spotless.

Sean does great work and is a perfectionist. I have never received better service from any cleaner

THIS IS THE WORSE CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED! CONSUMER BEWARE. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE MOON BUT IT IS VERY EVIDENT ON THE FIRST CLEANING THAT THEY LACK PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK SEVERELY IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. READ THE BELOW COMMENT AND I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. THEY NEVER EVER EVER SHOW UP ON TIME. HOW THEY MADE IT IN BUSINESS FOR 11 YEARS IN BEYOND ME. DO NOT USE!!!!

Wanna work here sooooo badly

Carpe Diem provides great service. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

Great job with the windows, they all look very clean and clear. Only thing I'd suggest is to fully flesh out the price when they come for the estimate. The total price for the services increased by $50 in the time they were here. First it was because of window spots that required extra work, and then it was because there were 13 windows instead of 11, when he counted the sliding doors as windows. However, it was explicitly stated at the estimate that there were 11 windows and 2 sliding doors - it was said multiple times. The windows were counted and the sliding doors were shown in person. So the $30 increase 75% into the services because now there are 13 windows was frustrating, and frankly didn't make sense. But the man was nice and he cleaned the windows well. Just make sure the price is fleshed out and agreed upon before the services begin.

I Personally recommend you to choose Superior LCS due to their accomplishments of a high degree of effectiveness and superior quality. Wether it's your home that needs to be cleaned, your lawn, or home that needs to fixed (renovation) Superior does it all. What I like most about Superior LCS is their employees, they are highly trained professionals and treat you very kindly, as Superior states, therefor you should choose Superior LCS.
