Cleaning

This is the most terrible customer service experience I've ever had with dry cleaners. I dropped off my suits that I urgently needed for the next day, the lady promised me 10:00 AM, $4.85/suit (ironing only). When I returned the next morning to pick them up, they were not ready and were not going to be until 4:00 PM! I was completely disappointed, the girl blamed the lady and said she was new and that she should've never promised me 10:00 AM. She said I could complain to the Manager. When I called the Manager, he was a total jerk and asked me if I had it in writing what the first lady had told me! He said I should be careful next time. He was arrogant, rude, and not a single word of apology or understanding. Instead, he blamed me for not reading the signs but trusting his staff instead!

Love it!

They seem to never forget to collect the money from the washer and dryers at LeMacrchant Towers every week, but they seem to forget to clean the mold. The machines stink and are moldy and they're just cleaned once a month if we're lucky. They are expensive and small, can't wash a big load like normal washers. We talked to the bulding's management but they don't care since the bulding just lease the machines and they're not responsible at all.

Great work, very professional!

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and reasonable pricing

Great place to work

Good place, a lot of machines. 2.50 wash

I was employed by The Maids in Portland, ME for a week an and a half and that was enough for me. The owner of the company is a complete power monger. Paperwork was fudged, pay is bad and there’s no breaks. They expect you to survive on a couple of T-shirt’s they give you and buy your own clothing for the job. The employees are 20 year olds mostly who think they’re the BOSS. The whole representation of this company is bad. It’s a wonder why there’s consistency in advertising for help wanted. They can’t keep decent help! Do not apply to work here. Trust me!! Also, for prospective clients, they DO NOT do half of what they claim to do. There’s a lot of shortcuts involved, and you’ll pay 180-260$, if not more for a service that’s not being completed. No one follows protocol and if you have REAL wood furniture, it does not get polished, just wiped down with a rag. There’s time limits so there’s no opportunities to actually do a decent job. Speed is a factor just so Sally and Dan Libby can make money off you. You’re NOT getting what you pay for!!!

I purchased the Groupon for Carpet Cleaning Services (Canadian Tire Home Services) and when I called to set up the date for the service the company advised me to return the Groupon as the deal wasn't as good as the one they offer on their website. I told them that I wanted to use my Groupon so I finally was able to set up the date for the service. Which was an ordeal on it's own. The day of the appointment, the technician was late. I called the company and they said they would call the technician and call me back. They called me back to let me know he was running behind schedule. After waiting, 3.5 hours for the technician to arrive, he finally arrives and says that his boss (Nik & Chris) failed to inform him of the appointment. He had to drive from his home in Esquimalt after he had just arrived home from his previous appointment just up the road. This company has clearly BAD communication and is trying to steer people clear from using the Groupon. The technician, Steve R, did an amazing job though. At least he was a well communicative and professional man. The other unfortunate part was that his van leaked oil on the nice driveway, so now I am left cleaning up after his vehicle. Such a disappointment, shouldn't have had to deal with such an unprofessional company. =(

Very professional and helpful group of people! I've recently had interactions with them and it was very smooth and easy. I'll be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much!

I have been dealing with Dartmouth Vacuum Rebuilders since 1995/6 when I purchased my first Filter Queen vacuum cleaner and whenever I need filters or replacement parts they are always there to help. Today I had my Bissell steamer shampooer repaired by them, the service was excellent and very honest as well as the price. I highly recommend them.

estuve trabajando con dicha empresa por casi 4 años, limpiando oficinas, parqueos, elevadores, etc.es una buena empresa de limpieza por que le da empleo a los recien llegados al canada.
