Cleaning

A thoroughly bad experience - Jeff offered little by way of help or guidance in the planning of our wood stove choice and install. In spite of ample reminders Jeff did not work with the build schedule at all, requiring two unnecessary elbows in the flue. His installation was failed by another WETT certified installer (I wasn't trusting Jeff's work by this time) for several substantive reasons. He was aggressive in reaction to this news, instead of concerned with the problems found, and then would not communicate with me subsequently. I had to pay someone else to correct his mistakes. Jeff does not seem to care.

Quiet and clean when I went... only one in the Port Huron area I’d go to

I met Quan 37 years ago when we both worked at Carpet Magic (formerly owned by Bill and Ann Robertson). Quan came from Vietnam on a boat leaving his family behind to come and prepare for a better life for himself and family. I remember him having 2 or 3 jobs to save for the day when they, too, would arrive here safely. I remember clearly the day he received word his wife and children had arrived in Canada. Quan eventially purchased Carpet Magic and continued on with running the business. I can't say enough great words about Quan. He has an amazing work ethic and is one of the hardest working men I know. When I last met him, he was hoping to retire but see he is still at it :) I hope you can retire soon, Quan, and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. Dawn Boulianne :)

They have a lot of machines and the owners make a point of keeping them a clean. There is a descent sitting area with a tv to keep you occupied and a video store to sift through movies. There is also ample parking in the back of the building.

Incredibly accommodating to our schedule and did a fantastic job! I now feel comfortable in my apartment.

I thought I found a good carpet cleaning company to clean my carpet but I was wrong. Carpet did not look clean at all. I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent.
