Cleaning

Tammy and her crew are very detailed, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good service... never had an issue.

Good service and good job

Super uncooperative and manipulative. I asked in advance how long it would take because I was moving out of town in 5 days time. Manager told me 4 days. I asked if it could possibly be done sooner and he said no but assured me they would be ready by the 4th day and I was fine with that because I had his assurance. On the 4th day and time they provided I went in and only some of my items were ready. I asked if I could have my clothes back anyways and a refund on whatever wasn't done since I couldn't come back another day and they said no because they had sent them to another facility which was now closed for the day. I explained to the store clerk why this was unacceptable and she agreed with me saying their process does not work and that the items are almost never ready by the time they provide to the customer. Again, I requested some course of action because I didn't understand why I was given a false timeline and why nobody was able to call me beforehand warning me about the delay since I had left my phone number. She then told me she couldn't do anything without the manager so she kept my receipt and wrote down my friend's phone number who would come back on my behalf. He went back to pick up my remaining items and speak with the manager. Not only did the manager have ZERO regard for customer service, he told my friend that he would not issue anything because he didn't have the receipt -- the same receipt his store clerk took from me in order to attach my friend's name and number to the order!! I never leave reviews but this experience was especially bad. Go support a local dry cleaners instead!

Great job and ready on time. Couldn't ask for any better. Thanks.

I went in asking if they could fix my jacket. The person on duty told me that she didn't have time this week. I asked that when I do come in, how long would I need to leave my jacket there for. She misunderstood my question and repeatedly snapped, 'I TOLD you I don't have time THIS week!", every time I attempted to get my question answered. Another staff member just stood there watching instead of correcting the miscommunication. Never returning again.

Fast, friendly and affordable. I haven't taken anything super complicated, but they have done a great job on suit basics and my daughter's kilt. Reasonably priced too.

Attempted to pick up my jacket, but it was held hostage. Had my jacket cleaned twice, both times the same stain was not removed. Was expected to pay, twice. Was told I could not pick up my own jacket without calling the "president" of the company the next day to resolve the issue of me picking up my jacket without paying double for a service not rendered. This president holds better-than-bankers' hours and leaves at 4, so don't expect any issue to ever be resolved after this time. What's more, he is incredible rude and disrespectful as he discharges his presidential duties of handling customer service issues. He called me a "young lady," as he cut me off, and told me he didn't need my "one-time-customer" business, and furthermore, that he didn't have the time to "deal with this." Which could only have meant that he had much more pressing presidential matters to attend to. I live so close to this place, I had been going to the "nicest cleaners" for over 2 years. Never again. Just a hint: they aren't so nice.

Super service!

Just had them in for the first time and I can't express how happy I am with the outcome. They came in the house like a little army and went straight to work. Super friendly and extremely efficient. Without question will be going back to them. Local company with local roots to boot.

Équipe super!! je les recommandes fortement

Just want to get the word out that this is a fantastic place to have clean your carpets. I was in a bit of a panic today and needed my carpets done today. I had started to do it myself and had equipment I had rented not work. I am fairly new to this area and called a few places with no response until I called Roto Static . They bent over backwards to fit me in and did a fantastic job on my very dirty off white carpets. The two ladies that came were very nice and set right to work it was great!!

Amazing deals & great employees
