Cleaning

I have used many cleaning companies in the past but I am thrilled with how Lindsey and Oneillia (The Cleaning Authority - Etobicoke/Mississauga) take care of my home. They are personable and friendly and I do not feel like I have strangers in my home. They are clearly dedicated to their work and my home looks amazing every time. I never find areas that they have missed (unlike every other service I have used) and they treat my home with respect. I am particularly impressed with how hard and fast they work - they pull out sofas to get behind them, lift up carpets to clean underneath, ensure that the carpets are well cleaned and not lightly rushed over, and there are never water streaks across my hardwood floors. I look forward to having Oneillia and Lindsey visit my home each week - my house has never looked better!

This must be the absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. This must be the absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever encounterd How absolutely RIDICULOUS. My coat is incredibly damaged - the positive reviews I decided to give Mona a try. I brought an expensive coat there hoping for it to be cleaned well. When I got it back it wasn't cleaned at all. Lot of dry cleaning chemicals are still in the coat. It came back with shrink and became stiff with several weird looking heat marks. Also lost every area of fur. She ruin my coat and instead of being apologetic her fought with me and she try to use the excuse that the coat have a pattern. She said that liability is limited to10x the cost of processing an item but she need me to pay the dry cleaning fee. Finally, she just reimburse me liability is limited to 8 x the cost of processing an item. Completely unprofessional! Drycleaner fails to follow care instructions and did not exercise reasonable care. I would advise anybody who cares about their expensive garments to stay FAR FAR away from Elegant Plus Dry Cleaners

Great, quick service, my clothes were cleaned well, and the prices were very reasonable.

A good friend recommended I take my Canada goose parka and leather jacket to Elegant Plus cleaners and I can not be more impressed, the black Parka did not fade or lose its warmth and the leather jacket looks and feels brand new thank you so much !

Always do a great job. I’ve been using them for years. Always on time. I highly recommend using them. Very friendly.

The service and quality of work is excellent.

Rude. Horrible customer service. They will double charge you if you don't pay attention.

Not coming back here ever again for any services. Will find another cleaner who only does not care about what they are charging you.

They have not a clue about n how to dry clean a comforter. It came back moist and with a musky dank smell. Twice. Will not return.

The whole "Company" is a small house

Cracked a tile, Broke a piece of equipment, broke a picture frame and tore a fire extinguisher wall mount off the wall. Total cost of damages is going to be about $1000.00. They only admitted to the picture frame, after I asked them about it... The picture frame was intentionally propped up to look like it wasn't broken...

Acumyst has been cleaning our office on a weekly basis for longer than I have been employed with the company (over 4 years) and I have only seen exceptional and consistent service. The staff will let you know when supplies are low so you know to order more, they are diligent about checking and emptying every single garbage bin and they will go above and beyond and clean extra areas as long as you ask and/or leave a note. The carpets are always vacuumed well and I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the bathrooms either. It's a big job to clean our office each week, but we are grateful for you, Acumyst! Thank you :) From Engineered Assemblies

Very prompt service and reasonable charges

Over 50 years of experience. Family owned and operated. Great Staff

Having had the opportunity to work with Grandmother's Touch on several projects I can say with confidence they are a company that takes pride in their work, and ensures their customer's needs are always met. I'd highly recommend them.
