Cleaning

The best dry cleaners in the city. I’ve always come back. Great customer service. Great people.

TERRIBLE. They lost my blazer - but still charged me the cost of dry-cleaning it! The owner was incredibly rude. Now I'm down the cost of the blazer, the cost of the drycleaning, and I didn't even get an apology. I will never go back.

We have just unrolled our clean carpet. How very pleased we are with the excellent job that was done. Both a coffee stain and a wine stain were removed. These stains were not removed when we had this same carpet cleaned before.I strongly recommend Clean Well for any carpets that someone might need cleaned. The owner knows what he is doing and does it very well.

I really don’t want to write a bad review but I tried to resolve my issue with the owners first. They inflated the costs of my items and added in extra items on the bill. The owner refused to resolve the issue and told me to come back again. This is a complete scam. It saddens me to see this kind of behavior. I purposely try to support a small businesses but in turn got scammed. If you’re in oakridge, please just stay away from this place. I was going to go back to resolve this issue as financially they ripped me off, but life’s too short. You have to eat your losses sometimes and spend your time doing something meaningful. Writing this review to warn you guys. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! their testimonials are made up, they don't do half the job they say they do in their testimonials. I'm a very reasonable person and I understand carpet stains are not all removable, but these guys mislead telling you we charge a base rate and they are "experienced" when they actually are NOT, Kosta showed up late, he did his job in a rush, he did barely the basics, and didn't seem to care at all about spending an extra minute or two to steam the carpet properly. All he cared about is getting done so he can leave to the next job, he spend barely 50 minutes in my place and then over charged me for the service saying he said an extraordinary job , and that he removed stains which he DID NOT DO AT ALL ...he didn't even try to remove them,....he was lying to me to my face, and then spent good ten minutes talking up what he did. They do the bare basics something I could've done myself. I regret hiring them and I hope no one does!!!!

I had some leather work done here - the job was done well but the customer service was very, very poor and it really ruined the entire experience. I do not plan on returning any time soon.

Colleen is super friendly at the front desk and Fishman offers great care for the clothes at a very reasonable price. 5/5 recommend.

Friendly staff and great service. Good option for down jackets.

Service was fast and they got the chocolate stain out of my dress pants when I thought they couldn't :) Pricing was good as far as I can tell, plus if you live in Lakeview it's super convenient. I forgot to pickup my dry-cleaning but was at Bella Roma and only remembered when I was walking by haha

They are great at their work. I recommend them to anyone.

DON’T TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!!!! I took my wedding dress here to get altered and I regret it because it ended up being so stressful and ruined the week leading up to my wedding. The lady that owns the place seemed lovely and I thought I was in good hands. Until it came to the final fitting where they hemmed my dress about 2” to short. I was in tears after this. I had to go back so they could try to add material back on the bottom, it was lace so it was very noticeable. I had to face the fact that I had no other options at this point. Still upset with the turnout but the Worst part was when I went to pay it cost me $550 WAY more than I expected (she would never tell me the price every time I asked during fittings) and she made me feel like it was my fault. Not sure how it could be my fault... I wasn’t down there pinning my own dress. This place ruined the week leading up to my wedding and my dream dress.

Terrible cleaners. We've filed several complaints, even gone through one cleaner and they still do a terrible job.

I am very pleased my with my service from Merry Maids! They are professional, dependable and do great work. Coming home after a clean is always a treat! Thank you Sylvia and Merry Maids.
