Cleaning

Sadly this dry cleaner lost its way. i just picked up 17 shirts that most were wrinkled and improperly ironed. Many were baked by over pressing, collars damaged and ruined. My shirts are typically very expensive. I believe the employees rush thru the process and either don't care or simpy dont know what they are doing. The owner should spend more overseeing his staff before he loses more customers than only me. i have been going there more than 15 years and will now drive further and try Lakeshore Cleaners on Donegani. Beware..Daoust on St.Charles in Kirkland are not to be trusted with any clothing of value.

This dry cleaner should honestly be put out of business! They ruined my winter coat! The charcoal colour was faded in many spots after dry-cleaning and had become unwearable! I was told by the Chinese lady that the coat was already like that. Why would anyone want to dryclean a coat that's unwearable? Plus if the Drycleaner sees anything like that at drop off they always mention it to the. Customer. She was extremely rude and when another customer saw her reaction and the way she was treating a customer, he told me that he had a similar experience and decided never to go there again and walked out . I'd stay far away from this place if you don't want to damage your nice clothing.

Terrible customer service. Never provided schedule to me. When I asked him to email it to me, he replied "call me". Whenever I call him, goes to voicemail. Did my hot tub this year as well. Put too much chlorine for weeks until I noticed, my niece smelled like chlorine for days. When I told them, he told me that they don't really handle hot tubs (yet he was charging me for it). Kept them for 5 weeks, every week there was an issue. Every time I brought it up, he seemed to blame me for it. Pass!

Very friendly and very helpful. Great service!

Bon service, excellents prix.

Great service!! Excellent staff!! For sure, will visit again. Thanks!!

nice service, i really liked

I don't think I've ever met such a helpful dry cleaner before! Their prices for alterations and repairs of clothing is absolutely amazing! Their prices are very fair, and I go back there over and over whenever I need anything done, whether it be a a rip in a pair of pants thing fixed, curtains being hemmed, dress being hemmed! They are amazing.

I am very disappointed, they took my Canada Goose jacket 3.5 weeks ago and told me it would take around 2-3 weeks for $50 dollars. It seemed expensive but I decided to do it since I was in a hurry. Apparently, they send it to some other cleaning company who specialize in Canada Goose and that is why they charge the extra commission fee. Yesterday, after 3 weeks, I got a call from them asking me for authorization to clean it because the fur hat was missed in some places. I would not mind to give the authorization but I found ridiculous they call me only after 3.5 weeks for it. So I told them to give it back. I found another dry cleaning that can do it themselves for half of the price and it only takes 4-5 days. It is very disappointing about the lack of anticipation of the required authorization .

Très professionnel comme commerce. Le service est rapide et efficace et les employés sont courtois. Je recommande fortement.
