Very rude and unprofessional. Called my phone and spoke in a very dry and aggressive tone, and then proceeded to hang up on me when I informed her that I was not interested in carpet cleaning services.

Gojaxon does maintenance services on a number of our buildings for jobs not requiring a certified plumber / electrician etc. They have a good system in terms of communication with our condo management company so we can communicate that back to the board and are willing to adapt on the fly and handle emergency situations as they come up. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dropped suit off on Thursday for Monday pickup. Came in Tuesday - not ready. No call and seriously set me back in time. Won’t be returning.

Awesome service

I have some rental units and when tenants move out I always arrange for Alberta Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets. I can count on them to be on time, efficient and clean. Their staff are friendly and honest. They never leave a mess behind and the work is always more than satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them for all carpet cleaning jobs. David

I would give less of a rating if I could!!! This company is a complete joke!! They have cancelled appointments on me 3 times causing myself and my husband to miss time at work. My first appointment with them was booked be back in November 2017 and today was suppose to be our 3rd attempt an the appointment!! - Today they claim it is to cold to do the job. A simple phone call to 2 other furnace companies proved that it is actually is not too cold for the job. The manager (Robbie I believe his name is) is full of nothing but excuses and lies and clearly has zero desire to keep customers happy. When you call in they never pick up the phone and you can never leave a message because their voicemail is always full! Please take my advise and save yourself the trouble and NEVER use this company!!

I was extremely impressed with my service I received from the moment that I made the phone call to book the appointment. Customer service rep's were personally, friendly and knowledgeable. I received a 2 hour time frame phone call then a 30 minute courteous call before arrival. Technicians were right on time. Benito and his technician were very personable, kind and courteous not only of myself and my pets; but of my home as well. Benito took the time to explain the mechanics of the tools being brought into my home which made the appointment more educational. Also asking if we had any pet allergies as the previous home he cleaned had dogs and he did not want to chance bringing in foreign pet fibers into another customers home. I am always impressed with the experience and satisfied with the customer service I receive from Alberta Furnace Cleaning. Thanks again everyone.

Terrible cleaners. We've filed several complaints, even gone through one cleaner and they still do a terrible job.

The store owner was super friendly, helpful. Also, the prices were very reasonable!

Ruined my sport coat and offered no reimbursement (even had to pay for the dry cleaning). Instead he rambled on about suit makers for 30 minutes explaining how it was my fault for buying the sport coat in the first place even though only spots on the jacket were ruined, not the whole thing... very unprofessional and I'll obviously never return.

Once again, AlbertaPro cleaning did not disappoint. This was our second time using this company as we got a few rooms cleaned last year. This year we decided to get the whole house done. We will definitely use them again next year. Thank you Joel for doing such a great job.

I am impressed with the service. I brought my vacuum for push button issue. The owner was very friendly and helpfull without hesitation he fixed the vaccum. I reccomend everyone to visit them for their vacuum service.
