I've used over 7 different cleaning services over the past 3 years, and this is the one I have finally settled on for my needs. The value they provide is exceptional enough for me to take the time to leave a POSITIVE review, which is a rarity these days. I wasn't sure what to expect initially but they followed up with me accordingly and made sure everything was done to my specifications, and above! I was just surprised at the hard work the cleaning crew put in and believe hard work should be recognized. I very highly recommend this service and I am just glad I can. No further need to hire any other cleaning company!

Ocean was pleasant and professional to deal with. Steele carpet cleaning gave me the best prices and their quote was exactly what I was charged. My carpets look and feel well cleaned. I would recommend this company for Airdrie and district residents.

I went in to Image to get my wedding dress altered after I learned that they would not help me at David's, and the staff were incredible! They were very helpful and friendly, and had my alterations done in a week, for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend, a real gem!

The same exact situation happened to me based on Dan's review. Anita was very pleasant to speak with upon initial contact. She seemed very professional and informed so I booked her in for a move-out clean a week before. I had requested she come to the residence before the clean to provide me with a more accurate quote as I would make arrangements if it would exceed my budget. I emphasized the importance of giving me a few days buffer in order to have time to prepare but she could only meet me two days prior to the cleaning date. I obliged and arranged a meeting with her. She emailed me 3 hours before our meeting to postpone to the next day as she would be working late that day. I asked her if it would be possible to stop by in the evening after work as I didn't want to leave it to the very last day before the clean so I could prepare. She never replied and haven't heard from her again. I had sent her an email the very next day asking if I should still be expecting her to show up and I received an email notification shortly after confirming our appointment. At this point I had no choice but to use her on such short notice but she never did show up. I have left her emails and voicemails - it's been 6 days since I've heard from her and still no reply. I am so extremely disappointed that she would leave a client stranded with a time-critical, rental move-out clean. If she was unable due to some emergency I could understand, but at the very least she should have informed her clients so they could make alternative arrangements not abandon them at the very last minute. I would not recommend her services if you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaner.

Time To Shine has been Great. They have the most Professional Staff and are so friendly and accommodating. They have been cleaning our facility now for 6 months and it's never looked better. Their processes and lines of communication make them the most Streamline Cleaning Company out there. If you need a cleaning company they are the ones to call I highly recommend them.

I went into see the how much it was to clean my two coats. The Asian lady quoted me $15 each. I thought that was pretty pricy already but ok. Then went back to pick them up and she charged me DOUBLE!!! Not recommended. They aren’t honest and they do sub par cleaning. Better off somewhere else.

The staff here are really helpful. I brought my kids in on a cold Saturday morning. They held the door open, changed the TV to cartoons to keep the kids entertained, made change for me and helped me get the laundry started. It is $3 for a wash and a wash takes 23 minutes.
