What an amazing above and beyond company! When I realized at the last minute that I had run out of paper products right before a major event weekend, one of the sales reps. (Ken) went above and beyond to come in on a weekend, get the supplies, and personally deliver them! Overpriced. I got an uniform cleaned here without a shirt and pay 2 times more of what a friend paid somewhere else; my friend got clean her uniform and a shirt for half of what I pay.

Very nice owners, fair pricing considering it is downtown. Tried them this week, exceptional customer service and my clothes look great. Will be using them for my dress clothes from now on.

On sunday, I visit at dolphin harvest hills location and really impressed with the service provided by the girl. She is very polite, professional and the way she treats me i like it and the service by dolphin is really amazing.

We had a very good experience with Mohamed and Zak today cleaning our furnace ducts. They did not disappoint and were very clean and respectful. It is impressive to see these guys have a system and good equipment. They will show you before and after pictures of your furnace and dryer ducts. I will definitely refer friends to Acclaimed because of this quality and friendly service.

If i can give these guys a 0 star i would do it. They are rude and they dont want to make money i guess because they said my brother in law didnt pay for their services last time, its not my problem why would you give out the item without pay?? I think they just try to ripp us off with extra money. What kind of place is this if your customers come by pick up the clothes that you repaired and give them back without paying. So they rip you off to get money out of you by blaming someone! Dont go there! I recommend someone else who is more professionals at their job!

Took my Canada goose coat for a dry clean and they damaged it!! It was in better condition before I had it cleaned. All around the lining of my jacket it now appears to have a worn out look as if it was mistreated during the cleaning process. I am not impressed and highly do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

Great company, and cleaners. Fantastic communication, and always follow up to confirm satisfaction and that everything was completed as wished. Always accommodating and flexible with our schedule if needed. Highly recommend!
