I booked my appointment in Camrose online through their website, which was very easy. I received an email confirmation. The owner of this local franchisee called the day before and left a message confirming the appointment as well. The technician, Chris, was running behind due to the snow storm and road conditions, but called to let me know he would be 10 minutes late, which I appreciated and understood. When he arrived he was very friendly and considerate, covered the vents & returns properly, was careful not to get the carpets dirty and was cautious getting the machine up and down the stairs. He explained the process and was there for 4 hours while I unpacked my moving boxes. He did such a thorough job of each vent, and made sure to ask if I wanted my dryer vent done, and explained that it was a long hose, and went over how he had to clean from the inside out and also from the outside in (which meant he had to climb a ladder to the second floor outside after a horrible snowstorm in cold weather.) I was impressed at how thorough he was and that he went above and beyond to do all that for just an extra $40. He was kind and patient with my children asking him questions about what he was doing and his machine, and afterwards he was able to show us the dirt and dust collected in the vacuum bag, which was relief to know my family won't be breathing all the previous owner's dust, pet hair, etc. Before he left he shook my hand and thanked me for my business. He even hand-delivered a card into my mailbox the next day to thank me for my business and that he hoped settling in to our new house goes smoothly. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays and I am very grateful I chose this company - specifically the Camrose franchisee! It was worth every penny, I recommend it to everyone in Camrose, and I will be getting it done every 3-4 years by them as needed! Thanks Chris (and Modern PURAIR Camrose!)

Was driving behind a truck hauling a rig, the rig was obviously leaking a gross brown liquid out the back and watched the truck takeout a lamp post, didn’t feel safe driving behind this truck on argile and 109th. At 8:30 Monday morning.

MJ and her team came on Aug 14 and did a terrific job cleaning the entire house. MJ is a natural born leader and does a great job of organizing her team! She made sure that everything was spotless when they were finished.

We have been using Mighty Clean for several years now. They give you an accurate estimate and their service is great. They don't topple your house inside out because they are around. In our old house they used to do the furnaces and ducts. When we moved to our new home, we called them for the furnaces and ducts and because we were moving into a new house, we also had the carpets cleaned and sanitized. All was done top notch. They were great. This year would be the fifth time they have come around to clean our furnaces and ducts. Thank you Jeff and Ed for an excellent job as always. They come every two years and they know exactly what to do. Strongly Recommend them for any household .

Used these guys for furnace and duct cleaning and also carpet cleaning. They came full force with 2 trucks and Sheldon with 3 staff members. They were great! Very experienced and they took the time to come and show me 3 different areas of my system that needed extra attention or in 1 case my dryer vent was disconnected and he fixed it for me. NO EXTRA CHARGES ! Very great service, very great company!

I had some leather work done here - the job was done well but the customer service was very, very poor and it really ruined the entire experience. I do not plan on returning any time soon.
