Cleaning

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and by far this company is superior in their work. The carpets look amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Enrico, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable about his job which I appreciate. It made me feel that it just wasn't someone out of the blue they hired. He knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this company. He did an amazing job

Prompt and friendly!

First time at this cleaner, brought in a slim fit dress shirt to get laundered, was returned a regular fit shirt. Not sure what the their process was but my shirt was stretched out pretty good, fits like a large now. Shirt is not destroyed but it wears really baggy and loose, super disappointed.

We use Modern on the majority of our projects. They are always very accommodating to our construction schedules. They always show up when they say they will and get the job done right!

The burgers were slightly soapy. Otherwize, many educations were had.

We had Maid for a Day come into our home yesterday for a first clean with the hopes of regular service. When I walked through the door I went WOW! My wife came home shortly after and was equally impressed. Everything was organized, neat and CLEAN. I called there office today and shared with Lynn how pleased we were and to share our pleasure with the crew. She assured me the team would be posted on their wall of fame. I really don’t want to write a bad review but I tried to resolve my issue with the owners first. They inflated the costs of my items and added in extra items on the bill. The owner refused to resolve the issue and told me to come back again. This is a complete scam. It saddens me to see this kind of behavior. I purposely try to support a small businesses but in turn got scammed. If you’re in oakridge, please just stay away from this place. I was going to go back to resolve this issue as financially they ripped me off, but life’s too short. You have to eat your losses sometimes and spend your time doing something meaningful. Writing this review to warn you guys. Thanks!

Service was fast and they got the chocolate stain out of my dress pants when I thought they couldn't :) Pricing was good as far as I can tell, plus if you live in Lakeview it's super convenient. I forgot to pickup my dry-cleaning but was at Bella Roma and only remembered when I was walking by haha

Everyone is always SO pleasant, very efficient and their work is just excellent. I recall a couple of years back when we had to request a fast turn around for a sad occasion - and Jas didn't hesitate when asked. Our family has been beyond happy since they first opened their doors.

So convenient and perfect cleaning every time. They even stitch on buttons if you're missing any! The app is updated and easy to use. Very good customer service.
