Best cleaner ever

I like dolphin dry cleaners they're always friendly I like how they let me know by text message that my clean clothes are ready.

Jordan totally exceeded our expectations. He was prompt courteous and very careful. He even came back no charge for a touch up. I highly recommend him.

Unreal. Refused to press a shirt because she had “already done all the pressing for that day”. It was 2pm. Never returning

This may have been previously owned by someone else with better service. It is now owned by City Dry Cleaners on St. Albert Trail who do horrible work.

As a person who is usually scared of taking risk and who wants to own a business, I think Jan-Pro is the first door to knock and the best one (MY OPINION). With Jan-Pro, I can sit back, and they will provide me with customers/accounts, a good training on the cleaning industry, bill my customers every month and send me my cheque. I don’t have to deal with sales, I don’t have to make phone calls to get an appointment, I don’t have to face 1000 NOs from potential customers. All that headache is carried by Jan-Pro team and I’m grateful to them for it. I also learned (I learned a lot with Jan-Pro, I know) that, being a business owner in cleaning industry with Jan-Pro is not only about cleaning dust and cobwebs in the corners, cleaning finger marks on customer’s desk, or coffee stain on the CEO’s carpet in their office, but the most important to know is how to build a LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP with my customers, how to provide them with good service and most importantly how to keep my customers happy ALL THE TIME. To everybody who wants to be their own boss, I will definitely recommend JAN-Pro. Thank you to the whole team and specially to Al, Shawn for being always available for me and my team. Thank you to Bruce who came from Calgary all the way down to Edmonton last winter to share his experience with us and answer all my queries in spite of my broken English. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Ted is always helpful, friendly and conscientious. His service goes beyond what other companies offer; he takes the time to share his knowledge of carpet care and stain removal. He has even helped in emergencies: a flooded basement and pet accidents. I have recommended him to all my friends.

Classic Clean Maid Service has been coming into our home every two weeks since we moved into our home 10 years ago. Their cleaning is impeccable, their service trustworthy. I recommend them to everybody and anybody who asks.

I highly recommend this dry cleaning business. If you take my advise and visit them you’ll meet a lovely couple that have been doing this for 25+ yrs. Give them a try—you won’t be disappointed.

Big scam never sign a contract , you can not get out of it and they will bill you even when they are not providing service and this is part of their contract , rude people to deal with if there are issues. They will start with a low price and then it sky rockets and you have to pay it as you have a signed contract. Once you have a dispute instead of working with you, they will start threatening and tell you how they will ruin your business credit.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! their testimonials are made up, they don't do half the job they say they do in their testimonials. I'm a very reasonable person and I understand carpet stains are not all removable, but these guys mislead telling you we charge a base rate and they are "experienced" when they actually are NOT, Kosta showed up late, he did his job in a rush, he did barely the basics, and didn't seem to care at all about spending an extra minute or two to steam the carpet properly. All he cared about is getting done so he can leave to the next job, he spend barely 50 minutes in my place and then over charged me for the service saying he said an extraordinary job , and that he removed stains which he DID NOT DO AT ALL ...he didn't even try to remove them,....he was lying to me to my face, and then spent good ten minutes talking up what he did. They do the bare basics something I could've done myself. I regret hiring them and I hope no one does!!!!

Alex came in and made a perfect steam cleaning of our carpet in the basement , stairs and second floor. We had a very pleasant experience and completely satisfied with his work. For the time it was great !

We have just unrolled our clean carpet.How very pleased we are with the excellent job that was done.Both a coffee stain and a wine stain were removed.These stains were not removed when we had this same carpet cleaned before.I strongly recommend Clean Well for any carpets that someone might need cleaned. The owner knows what he is doing and does it very well.
