Cleaning

I brought two aritzia tops and a dress to Ranier because they said they could dry clean them in 3 days before my trip. I didnt ask prices in advance as I was just happy to find somewhere with decent reviews to clean them in time (I should have asked). There were substantial marks on the straps of one of the shirts and when I picked them up they had not been removed. In addition, it cost $47! I've had these items dry cleaned elsewhere and it was never this expensive. My husband brought a picture of the unclean shirt back to show them (we chouldnt bring them back as we were leaving that day for our trip and I had to pack them as is), and he was told they dont clean stains like this out. If thats the case, why didnt they say this when I dropped them off? Instead they should have told me the shirts could not be completely cleaned, and they definitely shouldnt have charged $47. Even for excellent results that seems quite high. Unfortunately wont be returning. Gave 2 stars instead of one as I want to acknowledge that they did agree to get the drycleaning done in a short amount of time and they were polite in our interactions with them.

I got white paint all over my favorite shirt Tuesdays was able to get all the paint out. Thanks

It was my first time here, have to say it’s absolutely great work! My shirt came back like brand new and they cleaned other details that I forgot to mention before.

Bob & his team have been cleaning our windows for 15+ years, always a pleasure and never an issue if we required a more extensive clean (removing paint/tape etc) they always obliged.

I'm really glad I picked Pacific West Cleaners for my office cleaning needs. Everyday I come to work it is spotless. I would highly recommend them to any other offices out there in need of cleaning. Not to mention, they're very well priced.

Charged for laundry folding, but only folded the clothes on top of the basket. Also charged $20 to hem a dress, which needed to be redone by another seamstress.
