John has been my go-to carpet cleaner for years. Two years ago when my hot water tank died and spilled rusty water over the floor John came back three days in a row to deal with it. Great service, friendly and affordable.

I think that Terry does excellent work at a very reasonable price. He is honest, trustworthy and very hard working. He aims to please. We have used his services 3 times and I am just booking a 4th visit since we are trying to sell. He has made a very dirty carpet look great. Whatever experience the other rater had is between himself and Terry but I have never known him to be rude and have no idea if he drinks on his own time. None of my business. He is always professional when we deal with him.

I had Classic Care clean my living room furniture and a large area rug a few years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. I am very happy with the results and feel comfortable now having it as a bed for my guests. The staff is always so friendly and considerate.... I highly recommend them!! ~Jonnie

The ladies that clean my house always do a great job. If I need something special done I just leave a note and they always get it done. They are very hardworking and I appreciate the extra little things they do to make my home look great! I would highly recommend their services.

Having had carpets cleaned before with mixed results, we decided to try somewhere else. We called a few places for a quote and even though Citrus O was just a little bit more expensive than most, (not a lot when you get passed the teaser ads and add everything up), we decided to give them a try. We are absolutely delighted with the results!! You can't even tell where the high traffic areas are. The carpet around where area mats are, which are notoriously darker than where the mats sit, are not discernible from the covered areas. They arrived when promised and delivered a superior job!! My wife and I recently bought an older house in Nanaimo. The gutters were on their last legs. We received a competitive quote from Tom to replace the gutters. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was needed. I had done my own research on gutter guards and some pricey solutions that wouldn't work given our particular situation (lots of tall trees on the property). I appreciate that he could have made extra money by just going along with my ideas but instead was professional and honest about getting me the right solution that was cost-effective. Tom undertook the work on the dates he specified, he kept us in the loop on the project, and did a roof cleaning which really did wonders for its appearance. I definitely highly recommend Tom the Gutterman.
