Nancy and the other lady are nice but the guy there is super rude and aggressive. Very impolite and it feels like you owe him something!! The prices are ok but there are plenty of other places with same prices so with that awful customer service you’d better not go there if you don’t wanna feel insaulted.

I inherited a persian rug last year and decided to get it cleaned. I knew it was valuable and was worried about it getting damaged. Kammi came to my home to give me an estimate, and after his visit I was very confident I had called the right company. He is so knowledgeable and gave me quite the education in how area rugs are made and the history of my own rug. So happy I got it cleaned, it looks great, would highly recommend this company.

Buster came to my rescue with my chimney was in need of servicing on short order. I appreciated his hard working attitude and excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable in his profession which was apparent when I asked many questions. He answered my question with patience and explained things in a way I could understand. I was very satisfied with the work he did. I would highly recommend him, and will be calling him again when I need chimney servicing.

Zero stars. My wife's cardigan was shrunk. They made an excuse that they followed the directions and that we should complain to Aritizia. We had taken that cardigan in before and it was fine so obviously something went wrong. They had zero accountability and the best they offered was $30 credit written on a piece of paper for a $200 cardigan. The owner told my wife to get out when she said she wanted to take a picture of the "credit note." Terrible business practices and customer service.

The 4Services team does a wonderful job - they are personable, professional, efficient and leave the place looking great! As well, they use green products, which I really appreciate, especially with a six year old in the house. They are lovely people, doing an excellent job and I highly recommend their services!

Very happy with SuperBrights service! We use them as a service provider for us for several clients in the south vancouver/marpole area. They have always been reliable and on the ball.

Smithwerks has been used many times in the past. I found they did their job well, removed dark stains from carpets, allocated plenty of time for their work.The results were good.

Best Cleaning Service Very professional, outstanding job. Owners Amazing ! I was booked for a few hours and the cleaners finished a hour early . Since I wasn’t home; they could have easily charged me what I was booked for ; I was pleasantly surprised when the owners called and told me they were actually finished an hour earlier ! I’m glad to see there are still hard working honest Trustworthy people this day and age. I’m Sure any other company would have charged me that extra hour. I have recommended Vancouver City Cleaners to all my friends and family and all business associates. Thank you for a job well done !
