Cleaning

Jerry helped us out 2 years ago and did some "emergency" cleaning. We called him last week and although he was very busy he was able to fit us in this week. His price was the best that we found and he found a way to give us the best cleaning possible. (We live on the third floor of a condo with no road or lane access) He did a fabulous job and returned our carpet to near brand new condition. Excellent job Jerry and thanks.

Polly and I have invariably found the work done by the people at Foothills to be reliable, high quality and timely. John Claydon ps We are always greeted by cheerful good humour and a laugh or two.

It's hard to believe I've lived in Okotoks for all these years and never knew this place existed. Tucked in behind the Tim's/Wendy's, it just seems to blend in. It's now my go to place for vacuum bags, with prices very comparable to those on Amazon.

This shop gave me the ultimate worst customer experience I have ever received. I'm not sure if I arrived to close to closing time 5:30 or what the problem was, but the girl working was so busy stapling and sorting papers that she could not even look up and greet me. When I said hi, she mumbled a hi and still never looked up. I stood there waiting for her to finish, and after a minute or two of still playing with her papers, she still did not look up, so I decided to ask her if I could have my pants hemmed, still not looking up she said they don't do it there, I said you have done them before for me, she said they had to be sent out... still playing with her papers and not looking up. I said that is fine how much does it cost, she hummed and hawed and said I don't know, depends what you want done. I had just finished saying I wanted my pants hemmed, oh I don't know how much that is maybe 12.00 or 16.00 or 20.00. I said ok thanks, she looked up for the first time in our conversation and said ok bye. If I were the owner of this shop I would be horrified at a person treating my customers like they are bothering them. I believe in trying to support local shops and families that own them, but there is a reason why we turn to box stores and chains, because the service is no diffrent.

Please do not take your clothes here to get dry cleaned. I will pay you to go somewhere else. Especially do not try to talk to anyone. I was polite as possible to the owner of this establishment and she basically told me to get lost in a much radical way. VERY professional give yourselves a pat on the back guys. Shrinking customers clothes and lying to them one day at a time.

Beautiful job every time! It’s so nice to walk into a clean home at the end of a long day. Meagan goes above and beyond expectations and always asks if there are any extras that need to be tended to. For busy professionals, busy families, or homes with a little too much on their plate, I 100% recommend Meagan’s services. She truly takes pride in her work. Thank you Meagan!

I have always had great service and the people are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their Web hours don't match actual. Took my laundry in on Wednesday and the place was CLOSED. A wasted trip.

I was totally floored (no pun intended) at how good my carpets looked after Nick had finished. Would be happy to recommend . Fast, friendly, and very efficient service and bonus, a very reasonable price.
