Cleaning

I walked in with a suit to be dry cleaned and pants to be hemmed, and a lady who I assume was the owner immediately ran to the front counter to greet me. She was very courteous and prompt to answer my questions. I did not expect to get such a fantastic personal interaction. When the items were returned, they met my standards. I will be using their services from now on.

C4 Cleaning hires undocumented/illegal workers and takes full advantage of their vulnerable status. No medical, no stat holiday pay, no benefits, and get paid under the table.

I did Sears duct cleaning and it was very bad. They were more pricey than other companies yet their workers didn't seem to care about the work they did. They just wanted to get out of there. They didn't do a good job and people in our family got sick after. Not sure if the sickness was really because of the cleaning or not, but it seems like too big of a coincidence to ignore. Don't be fooled by their 3 year warranty. If you have a complaint, they would call the same employees to come over and those employees just came and got mad at us saying they did a good job last time and they're not doing it again. Their customer service was terrible. I had to call them several times for them to get someone to come over. Try another company.

Quick and friendly

Great service. Always friendly.

I am very pleased with Lan (I believe that's how her name is spelt) and her team! I brought a bag of items with me on my first visit and Lan talked me through what I wanted to do with my clothing. I did not know what kind of alterations I specifically wanted, but Lan was very patient and honest in her assessment of what can and should be done --she even talked me out of a few changes I wanted to make. I did not experience any delay in receiving my clothing at the time she quoted me. After having tried on the altered items, I am very excited--I can now wear my items with my pride and feel more confident in them. The workmanship is excellent: my silk-like blouse, bulky embroidered skirt, chiffon skirt, and buttoned blazers came out so well that I could not tell from the right side of the garments where they began the alterations. I am very happy to recommend this store to anyone needing a tailor and will definitely be coming here for my future alteration needs.

NOt coming back here. The people in here told us our total charge was going to be 65 when I dropped off the clothes. When I came back to pick them up, the price magically raised to over $90. The clothe didn't smell good and service was not quick. I don't recommend it at all.

I went on a saturday to pick up my rug . The lady who was working, told me there was no one in the ware house on saturday , to bring it to the office . She was so helpful I give her alone , 5 stars . I wish I asked her name . Awesome customer service ! Also my 4x6 rug looks great .

Yuri installed a new drain with filtration box to our gutter because of an overflow of water from it. My wife and I were very happy with superb services he provided. He is very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. My wife hardly knows about things related to gutter but he explained everything until she understood. And importantly the price for services was inexpensive. We highly recommend him. We will look forward to seeing you soon Yuri!

He over exaggerate how bad my furnace is. He tried to charge extra to "check" something. I had to ask what he was doing and stopped him because I didn't want to pay 90 dollars more for him to "check" something. Only reason why I called him is because for some reason his business sticker was on my furnace. I do not recommend him. He uses scare tactics to get you to do things.

I have been there for over 30 years now and i have been invariably well-served. These are very good, honest and knowledgeable people. So grateful for their excellent work and service.

Really enjoying my new graduation gown and dress! Thank you so much.

This was our first time using Diamond Clean at our store and were beyond impressed with the customer service received. We called early in the afternoon and they were able to help get someone out here same day! Would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Thank you Diamond Clean team!
