Consulting

I have recently finished the 28 day kick start program with Encompass fitness. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Before it started, I had thought I might not take part because I assumed it would be too structured and difficult to fit into a busy schedule with children and a family and full time job etc. After talking with past contestants, I decided to go for it and wow am I glad I did. In just the 28 days, I lost about 13 pounds and even more inches. I feel better than I have in so long. It taught me how to properly portion my meals and exactly what my body needs to fuel it in the healthiest way. Now that it’s over, they continue to give you the tools and guidance you need to continue on with your personal journey and achieve your goals. I was so nervous and skeptical on joining a gym and wondered if I could do it. I bought a yearly membership after the first month because I loved it so so much. They offer so many different times for classes it was easy for me to fit it in my life. I attend 4-6 classes a week and look forward to the end of my work day to hit the gym. Who woulda thought! The trainers are amazing and inspiring and the workouts are always fun and different. Encompass has changed my life and I will keep going and working hard to get to where I want to be, and be healthier and stronger than I have ever been. If you are looking for a positive and healthy change in your life, Encompass will give you all the tools you need. Thanks to Brady and her staff for the help and guidance and positivity to keep me on track. I’m forever grateful!!! 😊😊
