I have seen Dr Douglas in the Garden City office and I cannot adequately express how pleased I have been with all he has done for me over the past year. He is the GO TOO physician in my opinion. There is no one more compassionate, kind and caring. His skill and demeanor are beyond compare. We need more physicians like this!

Dr. Lukash made the whole process so easy to understand and less scary. The office was so supportive and really worked around me and my schedule. Being only 17 at the time of my surgery, I was quite nervous and after the first consultation I knew I found the right office and doctor to perform my operation. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Lukash, the surgery changed my life for the better and I am eternally greatful.

I’ve met Doctor Small 2 years ago prior to joining this great practice and I followed him here because there’s no other doctor like him, his bed side manner and the way he educates this patients is extraordinary, he’s companionate and caring, he always returns calls and follows up. This technique with plastics procedure are unique, you can’t see any scar on me! His work is delicate yet aggressive enough to deliver results. He changed my life I have a better quality of life after undergoing skin removal surgery on several times with him, you can just feel he loves his patients and his work. Horrible Experience. Cold. Snotty. No clear information. Inadequate follow up. Totally unprofessional. Should have NO STARS.

I never went back based on the horrific experience(s) of my consultation. One of the rudest women imaginably employed behind the desk. This is saying a lot because I've come to expect that from most of the women behind most of those desks. However, this lady hung up on me when I called for directions because I was lost and more interested in finding the doctors office before I answered her ridiculous (irrelevant, at the time) questions about "who was I seeing" "what time my appointment was"... They left me in the waiting room for over an hour when I finally managed to get there on my own. They sat there very obviously gossiping about me, looking at me and generally making me uncomfortable while simultaneously refusing to give me any informative information whatsoever. They managed to convince me to put my credit card "on file" - claiming "policy" then REFUSED to give it back or destroy it. The doctor finally came in to see me and casually mentioned that he'd remove my cyst "right now" for about $2200 (they claimed my insurance would not cover it). As, someone mentioned above, he was definitely an "eye-roller", curt, short and generally seemed entirely ambivalent to my presence or problems. When I said I might look into another doctor who excepted my insurance the "helpful" assistant informed me that she "really would recommend another doctor who took my insurance but she just didn't know of ANY "good" ones that would". OKAY. $40 later (co-pay) the cyst has been removed by a WONDERFUL Doctor in another office. I want to NOTE* that I did not see Sarnoff, who I understand is supposed to be a good doctor, but nearly everyone I spoke with was impossibly rude, arrogant, unprofessional and horrible. Don't go there.

I recently came here for treatment & there is no place I trust more for my cosmetic & dermatological needs! A one-stop shop where I'm even able to purchase excellent skincare products (my favorite is the eye-cream). Dr. Sarnoff and her staff are so kind and provide excellent service every time. Even my mom and sisters have started to come here!

Amazing. I look years younger all thanks to PSS MediSpa. Results: I was in Dallas for years and very comfortable with my routine. When I moved to Annapolis I was apprehensive. But my girlfriends who look amazing all said PSS. So glad they did! Customer Service: to the lady who said she had a bad experience, would you give them one more try? I have to imagine that there was a stand in that day - or something. I have been a client for months now, scheduling appts is a breeze (sometimes in advance, for spray tans more on a call-in basis) - AND I need to say that I'm a single mom who often has last minute sitter issues. The staff at PSS treat me like family and tickle my girls when they come in. My girls absolutely adore the "princess doctors." Highly recommend for results, ease of appointment scheduling, and overall "leaving feeling taken care of" experience!

I recently saw Dr. Buhrer in Severna Park for a minor surgical procedure to treat and then remove a cyst. He and his staff were courteous and professional during both the initial and follow-up consultations, and had a great sense of humor and bedside manner.

Having breast cancer and going through a double mastectomy. Dr. Spittler provided me with wonderful care and did an outstanding job on my reconstruction. Today was my last visit and I must say it's bitter sweet. Thank you Dr. Spittle and staff for taking such good care of me.

I considered another office, but after I met Dr. Lowe I was "hooked." Very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He devoted enough time with me to make me feel comfortable.

Caring and competent.

At 61 I finally decided I wanted a facelift. My biggest fear was looking like I had one, and all the horror stories of scars and pain. Dr Acker assured me I wouldn’t have any of that! I must say he was right. I was more uncomfortable then in pain the first 2 days after, took pain meds more to sleep! I had no bandages, scars minimal and not noticeable. Friends were shocked how good I looked. I looked exactly like me, but 10 years younger. It has been 5 months now and not one person asked me if I had a face lift! It was more like did you loose weight? Change your hair? They knew something was different but couldn’t figure out what! I’m so happy with my results, and apparently it will even get better over the next few months! No more turkey neck, and droopy eyes and jowls!Best decision I made.Be prepared he talks a lot!!😂

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Allcroft and his staff. The front office staff, patient care coordinator, and registered nurse are warm, informative, and professional. Dr. Allcroft is an expert in his field. A facelift is as much as science as an art - and he excels in both arenas. I am v-e-r-y happy with the both the process and the results - the gallery photos on his website are authentic. I highly recommend Dr. Allcroft and his team. Great experience!
