Office staff needs to get some customer service training. Or my expectations are too high!

I went through a very tramatic experience back in 2007. I had a piece of my nose taken off. Dr. Brown redid the entire tip of my nose. It took around 5 outpatient surgeries to complete. I am so very lucky to have had Dr. Brown. Him and his staff are the most patient and caring. I don't know if I could have emotionally made it through those surgeries if it weren't for Dr. Browns kindness and caring manner. He is by far the best out there. If in still lived in Connecticut, I would probably be dropping by his office often just to keep in touch and thank him and his wonderful staff over and over for helping me through that tough time. 😊 ❤ 😊

Dr. Gary Russolillo is a true Artist & perfectionist! I’m Absolutely ecstatic and in love with the results I’ve seen in only a few days post op. I came to him with a deflated implant on the right side and capsulated implant on the left side & was concerned he may not be able to assist since he didn’t perform the initial surgery. Dr. Russolillo not only welcomed the challenge, but went out of his way to schedule my surgery within a week! The ladies at the front desk (especially Martha) are so welcoming throughout the process & showed genuine concern, which was so very comforting.. The surgery was done in Noble hospital in Massachusetts & the nurses were amazing! Dr. Russolillo has the best sense of humor, which eases the awkwardness of “opening up” to someone new. He really made me feel at ease from start to finish and gave me great post-op tips that’s making my recovery smoother and more comfortable. My results are absolutely amazing- I never imagined they could look like this & I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Russolillo and his team! Highly Recommend

Excellent Dr. : ) Very Talented, Intelligent, Caring, and VERY - Very UNDERSTANDING ! ! ! WHEN TRAGEDY HITS... It's usually when I am most down and out... Dr.Bass provided a second chance at life basically, for me, because after injuring my right hand,I accidentally CUT-THRU TENDONS AND NERVES.... It became so challenging, and nearly impossible, to do. Simple day to day functions, that I never used to appreciate, so much till now, Because, I can't do them "TODAY", without assistance from loved ones, such as... Brushing my teeth, showering, and even eating. They all became very difficult to do on my own, but now after treating with Dr. Bass, I am not only recovering physically, but emotionally, as well, because it becomes very STRESSFUL , EMOTIONALLY DRAINING & CHALLENGING AS WELL... To loose such essiential functionality and simple day by day Abilities.... THANK YOU SO - SOOOOO MUCH DR. BASS FOR NOT ONLY ASSISTING ME PHYSICALLY BUT EMOTIONALLY AS WELL, BY RESTORING HOPE AND FAITH WITHIN ME... Dr. Goldstein and his staff are great! I have had laser facial treatments in his Providence office and recently had cosmetic surgery that I was totally pleased with. Dr. Goldstein made sure that I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision to have the procedure, and his care for me after the surgery was equally as considerate. I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein and his staff to anyone looking into cosmetic procedures.
