Terrible results, terrible post care, dismissive attitude when I express my concerns. Hospital is understaffed, unprofessional, and they do not pay attention to hygiene. Doctors have no time to deal with you after procedure. I was neglected repeatedly by nurses and MAs in post op during my post surgery stay. I had to go to the bathroom on painkillers, and with tubes and drains hanging out of me by myself, which required me to climb over the safety railing. Nurse responded to my concerns with, "You do know you are not the only person in this hospital." I spoke to a resident who told me, " We don't want you going to the restroom too much because we want to keep you hydrated." I responded, "If I am urinating every 10 minutes, I am hydrated, genius." Seriously. I do not like the work. Had an infection that they let get worse and that caused even more disfiguring results. Before and right after surgery, Dr. Chatterjee said the issues could be adjusted. Then he started dismissing my concerns and sounding as if he couldn't fix the issues. So, bad job and a lot of hassle and bad medicine that could have been prevented and handled better. Have to go to other dr. and pay more money to have issues fixed. Find another facility.

Absolute Best

The desision to have surgery was not easy, but I felt support from all the staff, from my first contact with the receptionist to my follow up appointmen. Dr. Beam is a wonderful surgeon, the result is wonderful . Pain was minimal, no complications, and great results. He changed my life and I will recommend him anytime.

I saw an ad for laser hair removal. Came in for consultation. Was promised two things 1) The results would be permanent or at least VERY long lasting and 2) It would be virtually pain free 1) The results were spotty and sporadic. I had six treatments. Hair quickly grew back after each treatment just as full and dark as it was before I spent $3,000.00. Never even got one hair-free week. Also, to avoid liability, they made me sign a (we can't promise any results) type of waiver the morning of my treatment when I was already committed to it after hearing their promises on our initial consultation. 2) The process was excruciating. It felt like sizzling grease was splattered on my skin thousands of times. I gritted my teeth throughout the whole process. Then I was left with painful bright red patches. The people were nice there but most people are nice when they take your money after making false promises.

This office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing treatments!!!! Everyone is extremely helpful here and I will not go anywhere else! Love the skin your in! Thank you Dr. Lucie Capek and team.
